【発明の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本発明は製茶用火入れ機としても使用される製
茶用乾燥装置に関するものである。

器を設け、その上方に円筒状に巻いた螺旋帯の各
対向面の間に多数の帯状羽根を回転方向に逆に傾
斜させて簀の子状に設けた回転胴を回転機構によ
り回転自在に設け、回転胴の一側には原料製茶の
送り込み口を、他側には排出口を開口することに
より、原料製茶を隣接する螺旋帯の間に納めた状
態で回転胴を構成する多数の羽根に乗せて葉打ち
しながら回転胴の一側から他側へと移送させて行
き、この間にガスバーナー等の加熱器により加熱
した焙じ室内の加熱空気を多数の帯状羽根の間か
ら回転胴内に侵入させ、この加熱空気により製茶
の表面を均一に乾燥させると共に製茶から放散さ
れる含有水分とむれ香とを多数の帯状羽根間から
回転胴外へ速やかに排出させ、色香豊かな良品質
の製茶に仕上げることが出来る様にしたものであ
る。

装置13を作動させて、その送り込み筒14から
回転胴5の一側内部へ原料製茶を供給すれば、原
料製茶aは隣接する移送用の螺旋帯6の間に納ま
り、回転胴5を構成する右側下部の多数の帯状羽
根7に乗つて葉打ちされながら回転胴5の上方へ
送られ勝ちな状態で回転胴5の一側から他側へと
移送されて行くもので、この間に加熱器4により
加熱された焙じ室1内の空気は多数の帯状羽根7
の間を通つて回転胴5内に侵入するので、製茶a
は部分的に加熱されることなく加熱空気により均
一に加熱され、之により含有水分とむれ香とが放
散されると之等含有水分むれ香とは強制排気管1
8の下面に設けた吸引孔19に吸引されて外部へ
排出されるか又は多数の帯状羽根7の間を通つて
回転胴5外へ排出されて排出口3から外部へ排出
されるので、製茶は能率良く色香豊かに均一に乾
燥され排出用シート16から排出されるものであ

羽根の間から回転胴内に侵入させ、この加熱空気
により製茶を乾燥させると共に製茶から放散され
る含有水分とむれ香とを多数の帯状羽根の間から
回転胴外へ速やかに排出させる様にしたものであ
るから、加熱空気により製茶の表面を均一に且つ
充分に乾燥させることが出来ると共に回転胴の内
部がむれないので茶葉が変色する虞れが少なく色
香豊かな良品質の製茶に仕上げることが出来るも
のである。
