特徴とする。(Function) When wastewater containing oil is introduced into a container, the kinetic energy of the wastewater at the time of introduction is changed into centrifugal force, which causes the wastewater to rotate and separate into water and oil, which flow to the bottom of the container. The collected water is poured from the bottom of the container.
The oil is discharged through a pipe with an opening at the bottom, and the oil is decomposed by bacteria placed on the top of the bulkhead, introduced as water through small holes into the chamber at the bottom of the bulkhead, and then drained from the pipe. It is characterized by

An L-shaped outflow pipe 4 is inserted approximately in the center of the container 1. The portion where the outflow pipe 4 penetrates the container 1 is configured to be watertight. There is a slight gap between the tip 41 of the outflow pipe 4 and the container 1. An inflow pipe 5 is connected to the side of the container 1. Most preferably, the angle θ between the inflow pipe 5 and the container 1 is approximately tangential to the container 1, that is, 90 degrees. Or at least, preferably 45 degrees or more.A disk-shaped partition wall 6 with a V-shaped cross section is provided in the middle of the container 1. The container 1 is divided into two chambers A and B by this partition wall 6. This partition wall 6 is connected to the outflow pipe 4 at its center and to the container 1 at its periphery. And the center is higher than the surrounding area. A gap 61 is provided between the partition wall 6 and the outflow pipe 4, and a gap 62 is provided between the container 1 and the partition wall 6. Bacteria 7 for decomposing oil are placed on the upper surface of the partition wall 6.

Flow inside. Since the inflow pipe 5 is connected in the tangential direction of the container 1, the waste water flows inside the container 1 along the cylindrical side wall while having a rotational force in the direction of the arrow X. The drainage is then directed towards the bottom of the container 1 under the influence of gravity. At the same time, the initial velocity from the inlet pipe gradually slows down due to the friction between the oil and the sidewall. Conventional centrifugal separators that utilize the difference in specific gravity between oil and water and centrifugal force (for example,
61378), its bottom is flat, so when the drainage water reaches the bottom, it will cause friction between the oil and the bottom.
The rotational speed of the wastewater drops significantly, and no separation effect due to centrifugal force can be expected. On the other hand, since the bottom of the present invention is bowl-shaped (that is, the bottom is concave), the effect of gravity and the radius of the bottom are small, so the rotational (swirling) energy of the drainage is Although it will be smaller due to the friction between the bottom and the bottom, the rotational speed of the drainage water will not drop significantly. As can be seen from the fact that centrifugal force is expressed as v 2 /r (v is rotational speed and r is radius), the smaller the radius, the greater the centrifugal force that can be obtained even at the same speed. Even during the helical flow at the bottom of the container of the present invention (in conventional devices, when the waste water reaches the bottom, its rotational speed is almost 0 and no centrifugal force is generated), oil and moisture are Separated by centrifugal force.
That is, water with a high specific gravity flows from the outer wall side of the container 1 to the bottom, is pushed out through the tip 41 by the outflow pipe 4, and is then discharged to the outside.

す。 On the other hand, the separated oil collects at the upper center of the container 1, passes through the gap 61, and enters the chamber B (in the direction of arrow Y). Since there is bacteria 7 in this room B, this bacteria 7 and oil mix, and due to the decomposition function of bacteria 7, the oil decomposes and becomes water, which passes through gap 62 (in the direction of arrow Z) and returns to the room. Return to A. Thus, moisture will collect at the bottom of room A. As mentioned above, room A
The moisture accumulated at the bottom of the pipe is pushed out through the tip 41 into the outflow pipe 4. Then, it is discharged to the outside of the container 1. Undrained wastewater remains in container 1, and the next drainage will drain container 1.
When the inside becomes full, the above action is repeated.
