Structure of the invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has the following features:
The frame has a simple "R"-shaped shape to reduce weight, and a cloth-to-fabric spacing-maintaining and cloth-vibrating member is installed separately from the frame to maintain the distance between the cloths and vibrate the cloth. The member can be assembled very easily by fitting it into the hole connecting portion, and the shape of the member is designed so that excessive performance is not restricted. Specifically, a roughly square-shaped frame, a cloth suspended across the frame and having a solution hole in the center, and a center fitting part set to a size almost corresponding to the solution hole to maintain the distance between the cloths. The solution hole of the cloth suspended on both sides of the frame is sewn and connected in advance, and the cloth spacing holding and cloth vibration member is externally fitted to the solution hole connection part. Hold the cloth spacing and cloth vibrating member between the cloths, suspend the cloth on both sides from both sides of the frame via suspension springs, and move the frame that hangs the cloth on both sides. If possible, install them in parallel,
A chamber is formed by bringing the frames into contact and closing the entire circumference of the opposing cloth between the frames, and supplying the concentrate to the chamber through the concentrate hole, and discharging the residue by moving and opening the frame. The present invention provides a frame type filter press characterized by the following structure.

As shown in FIG. 3, for example, the cloth spacing holding and cloth vibrating member 3 includes an inner annular portion 15, an outer annular portion 16, and a connecting portion 17 that connects both annular portions at a 90 degree interval. These are integrally formed from a thin plate, and ribs for liquid passage are attached to the surface. The inner ring part 15 has an inner periphery set to a size almost corresponding to the stock solution hole 13, and is fitted onto the stock solution hole connection part of the cloth, and one of the cloths is rolled up to form the inner ring. By passing it through the section 15, it is fitted between the cloths 2A and 2B, and by suspending both the cloths 2A and 2B as described above, the cloth that also serves to maintain the distance between the cloths is placed approximately in the center of the hollow section 12 of the frame 1. The vibrating member 3 is supported. By supporting in this way, a space S 1 is created in the frame 1 between the inner surface of the frame 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the outer annular portion 16.
However, there is a gap S2 between the outer annular part 16 and the inner annular part 15, and these gaps serve as liquid outflow areas, and the cloth spacing and cloth vibration member 3 prevents excessive performance from being restricted. That's what I do.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but can be suitably implemented even when a compression diaphragm is provided. That is, as shown in the overlapping arrangement of frames shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a compressed diaphragm 30 made of an elastic material such as rubber and having many irregularities on its surface is stacked on the inside of the cloths 2A and 2B that sandwich the frame 1. Combined,
The cloth spacing holding/cloth vibrating member 3 is supported at the stock solution hole 30a of the pressing diaphragm 30, and the upper and lower edges of the pressing diaphragm are connected to the bolts 3.
By fixing the parts 1 and 32 to each other, installation is extremely simple. Ear portion 4B of the frame shown in Fig. 4
The compressed fluid is forced into the space between the opposing compressing diaphragms through the through hole 28 and the communicating hole 29 passing through the diaphragm. In this case, the opposing compression diaphragms 30
The distance between the cloths is maintained by the cloth-to-cloth vibrating member 3, which reliably prevents polymerization and facilitates the supply of compressed fluid. to help the cloth vibrate. Reference numerals 26' and 26' indicate liquid drain holes formed in the diaphragm and the frame, which communicate from the diaphragm surface to the through hole 27 in the frame. Also, in Figure 4, frame 1
A through hole 38 is also provided in the upper ears 4A, 4B, and the through hole 38 is communicated with a tunnel hole 39 opened in the upper corner of the inner peripheral surface of the frame 1 and the diaphragm.
8. Through the tunnel hole 39, the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the surface of the diaphragm and the back surfaces of the cloths 2A and 2B.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, a large number of protrusions 40 are provided on the surface of the fabric spacing maintaining and fabric vibrating member 3, and the protrusions 40 form liquid grooves 41 for guiding the flow of liquid. By making the protrusions 40 act as a cloth for reinforcement, and by bringing the protrusions 40 into contact with the cloth during vibration, the effects of vibration application can be further enhanced. In addition, FIG. 6 shows a case in which the outer plate is connected to the outer periphery of a horseshoe-shaped support plate with an elastic pin material, and the outer plate is formed into a strip. Each cloth is vibrated by being dusted from the back side. Furthermore, in the example shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 7 shows a structure in which a cloth spacing holding and cloth vibrating member 3 is sandwiched between the cloth and the diaphragm so that the member 3 acts directly on the cloth.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the frame type filter press according to the present invention, since the frame has a simple, roughly square shape, it is possible to reduce the weight and to manufacture it at low cost. Also,
Since the distance between the cloths is maintained by the cloth distance maintaining and cloth vibrating member, it is possible to reliably prevent the cloth from clumping together.Furthermore, the cloth distance maintaining and cloth vibrating member can be easily vibrated. can prevent the cloth from clogging by applying vibration to the cloth. In addition, the cloth spacing holding and cloth vibrating member can be easily attached to the connecting portion of the raw solution hole of the cloth regardless of the frame, making assembly extremely simple and reducing the number of parts. Furthermore, the cloth spacing holding and cloth vibration member does not restrict excessive performance of the cloth, and has various advantages such as improved overperformance compared to the case where a conventional spacing maintaining member is provided. .
