より人体cとの間に空気溜りを生じるが、通気性
の効果は殆んどない。

注型すると共に、前記表皮側より型内の空気を抜
きパツドを成形するようにしたものである。

る。同時に上型4の注入穴10から発泡液を注入
してパツド7を成形する。

本発明によれば、表皮一体成形シートの特長を
損うことなく、又表面形状に関係なく通気性のあ
るシートができ、又縫製しないで一体成形により
通気性のあるシートが得られるため、製造時間は
短縮され、容易にでき安価に提供することができ
る。尚表皮は通気性のあるものを用い、そのまゝ
で発泡真空成形により成形すれば表面に発泡液が
出るが、本発明においては通気性表皮に発泡液を
通さないシート材を表皮裏面に接着してあるので
問題なく成形できると共にシート材に通気性を与
える穴を明け、この穴は成形時に脚で塞ぐので、
成形上の支障は全くない。
