Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 水平な軸線のまわりに回動自在に支承され、
中蓋を取付けたドラム缶の開口端部に係合して該
開口端部を封止するドラム缶接続口と、上記軸線
に対して上記ドラム缶接続口の反対側に形成した
貯留部と、上記軸線方向の端部の一方に開口する
排出口と、上記貯留部と上記排出口とを連通させ
るとともに一側縁部に上記貯留部と上記ドラム缶
接続口とを連通する切欠部を設けた仕切板とをそ
なえて成る箱体と、上記箱体の回転駆動装置と、
上記ドラム缶接続口および上記中蓋を上記箱体の
内側から封止する蓋体と、上記箱体に設けられ上
記蓋体を上記ドラム缶接続口に対して接近離間自
在に駆動する蓋体駆動装置と、上記蓋体に取付け
られ該蓋体による上記中蓋の封止状態において該
中蓋に突設した突起を把持するチヤツク装置と、
上記箱体に設けられ上記中蓋取付状態の上記ドラ
ム缶を上記ドラム缶接続口に係合させた状態で保
持するドラム缶保持装置とをそなえたことを特徴
