〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
上記問題点を解決するため本発明は、紙管の径

と雌型の間に介在させると共に雄型の切刃を雌型
の受孔内に挿入することによつて前記紙テープを
打ち抜いて紙片を形成する打抜手段と、雌型の受
孔の奥部に該受孔より小径でかつ紙管の径より僅
かに大径な嵌挿孔をテーパ孔を介して連設すると
共に雌型の外周にヒータを設けた被覆手段とから
なり、打抜手段で打ち抜いた紙片を雌型の受孔内
に支持させたままの状態で該雌型の嵌挿孔に紙管
を挿通し、かつこれを加熱して紙片の糊を乾燥さ
せるようにした反物巻芯用紙管の端部被覆装置を

以上のように構成される本発明の作用につき説
明すると、先ずチエンコンベア1,1によつて紙

リンダ4を作動させてロツド4aを上昇させ、各
紙管Pを凹部7,7……内に受け止め、これをさ
らに上昇させて紙管Pの上面を受部材10の下面
に押圧して、該紙管Pを一時的に固定する。一
方、打抜シリンダ28を作動させることにより第
4図ロ,ハのように可動板21を前進させ、予じ
め雄型12に対向する側の面に糊を塗付した紙テ
ープを介して雄型12の切刃11を雌型19の受
孔20に嵌合させると、該紙テープTから紙片D
が打ち抜かれる。この時押出板15は切刃11と
受孔20が接触する瞬間(第4図ロ)において紙
テープTにより押圧されたコイルバネ18の弾性
に抗して窪み部14内に退動するも、紙テープT
が打ち抜かれるとすぐさま復動し、糊の粘着力に
より切刃11に貼り付いている紙片Dを受孔20
内に押出すのである(第4図ハ)。このようにし
て紙片Dを受孔20内に保有した雌型19は打抜
シリンダ28の復動力と共に第2図実線の位置に
戻る。なお、切刃11の外周に嵌り込んだ紙テー
プTはコイルバネ13の復元力により押し出さ
れ、第4図イの位置に復帰し、適宜巻取手段(図
示せず)により巻取られて送られ、新たな紙テー
プTが次の動作に備えて雄型12の前に供給され

熱し紙片Dの糊を乾燥させて紙管Pの端部に貼着
した後、被覆シリンダ36を復動させて紙管Pを
嵌挿孔29から引き抜く。この際送出板32がコ
イルバネ35の弾発力により紙管Pを押し出し嵌
挿孔29と紙管Pの離脱を容易にする。次に昇降
シリンダ37と固定シリンダ4の各ロツド37a
及び4aが復動して第2図実線の状態に戻り、チ
エンコンベア1,1が駆動して紙管Pを移送し、
新たな紙管Pを固定部材6上に配設して上記工程
を繰り返すのである。もちろん上記工程において
は紙管Pの片側端部にのみ紙片Dが被覆されるか
ら紙管Pの前後を入れかえて再度ホツパー2に投
入し、もつて両端部を被覆して第6図のような反
物、或は帯等の巻芯Eを成型するのである。な

したため、短時間でかつ品質に斑のない反物用巻
芯が提供でき、従つて今まで人手に頼つていた作
業を全て自動化することが可能となり生産性の向
