Conventionally, to manufacture a substitute tooth crown attachment, a metal post is inserted into the root of the tooth from which the crown has been removed, and then a solidifying type 1 material is placed on top of the tooth root, and after solidifying, a metal post is inserted into the tooth root. Applying a solidifying second type removal agent to the tooth root surface of the first type of coverage that has been removed from the tooth root together with the metal post, and after solidifying the second type of coverage, removing the first type of coverage. Then, on the root surface of the second type of coverage, a hardening type 3 coverage is applied.
After arranging the material in the form of root lining, and encapsulating the third type of material and the metal post with a molding material, the third type of material is heated and evaporated from the molding material to remove it. After that, molten metal was injected into the space formed in the molding material of the third molding material. In other words, conventionally, the root lining was attached to the metal post by molding.

First Invention [Means for Solving Problems] The characteristic configuration of the method for manufacturing a substitute tooth crown attachment device according to the first invention is that after inserting the substitute post into the root of the tooth from which the crown has been removed, Type 1 coverage is placed on the upper part of the tooth root, and after hardening, a solidified type 2 coverage is placed on the root surface of the first type coverage, which is removed from the tooth root together with the substitute post, and the second type of coverage is placed on the tooth root surface. After solidifying the mold material, the first mold material is removed, and a solidifying third material is applied to the tooth root surface of the second mold material.
The mold material is arranged in the form of root lining, and after the third mold material solidifies, the second mold material is removed, and the third mold material and the substitute post are covered with a molding material. After the wrapping process, the substitute post is removed from the molding material, and the third mold removal agent is removed by heating and evaporating from the molding material, and then the substitute post and the third mold removal agent are removed, respectively. The process consists of injecting molten metal into the space formed in the mold material in the form of , and its functions and effects are as follows.

As shown in Figure 1, tooth root B with the crown removed
After inserting a meltable substitute post 1A made of polypropylene or the like, a solidifying first type material 3 made of agar, algix, plaster, etc. is placed on the top of the tooth root B. Arrange and process. In addition, when inserting the substitute post 1A, a tooth root B has to be formed in advance in the hole for insertion, and when the substitute post 1A is made of polypropylene, it is made to be in a state where it can easily be elastically deformed. If it is warmed before being inserted, it is convenient because it can be easily removed when removing it from the tooth root B as described later.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the third type coverage 5 and the substitute post 1A are encapsulated with a molding material 7 in a molding box 6. In other words,
As the molding material 7, an investment material that hardens by natural drying is generally used.
The mold material 5 and the substitute post 1A are held in an upright position by the holding frame 8 and placed in the molding box 6, and the molding material 7 is injected into the molding box 6. In addition, when performing the above encapsulation process,
A pipe 10 is supported on the holding frame 8 in a state connected to the third type material 5 as a spool line in order to form a flow path 9 used for the removal process and the injection process of molten metal, which will be described later. Incidentally, instead of the pipe 10, a heat-meltable rod-shaped member such as wax may be installed as a spool wire.
