【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、虫歯の治療に際して、合成樹脂製等
の代用歯冠を歯根に取り付けるために使用する、
金属製ポストと金属製の根面裏装とからなる代用
歯冠取付具の製造方法及びその製造のために使用
する代用歯冠取付具の製造用代用ポストに関す

した後、前記第3型取材を前記成形用型材から加
熱蒸発させて除去処理し、その後、前記第3型取
材の成形用型材内に形成された空間内に溶融金属
を注入処理するようにしていた。つまり従来で
は、金属製ポストに、根面裏装を成形により付着
させるようにしていた。

造方法を提供する点にあり、その第2目的は、上
記製造方法にて代用歯冠取付具を製造するに際し
て、製造能率の向上を図るように便利に使用でき
る代用歯冠取付具の製造用代用ポストを提供する

に、固化性の第2型取材を盛り付け処理し、その
第2型取材の固化後に、前記第1型取材を除去処
理し、前記第2型取材の歯根面に、固化性の第3
型取材を、根面裏装の形で盛り付け処理し、その
第3型取材の固化後に、前記第2型取材を除去処
理し、前記第3型取材及び前記代用ポストを成形
用型材にて被包処理した後、前記代用ポストを成
形用型材から除去処理すると共に前記第3型取剤
を前記成形用型材から加熱蒸発させて除去処理
し、その後、前記代用ポスト及び前記第3型取剤
夫々の形で成形用型材内に形成された空間内に溶
融金属を注入処理する点にあり、その作用、効果

にすれば、後述の如く歯根Bから外す際に、抜き

し、成形用箱6内に成形用型材7を注入処理する
ことになる。尚、上記被包処理を行うに際して、
後述する除去処理及び溶融金属の注入処理に使用
する流路9を形成するべく、パイプ10をスプー
ル線として第3型取材5に接続する状態で保持枠
8に支承しておく。ちなみに、前記パイプ10に
代えて、ワツクス等の加熱溶融性の棒状部材をス
