産業上の利用分野
本発明は高圧液体を噴射して金属表面のスケー
ルの除去、又は物体に付着した塗料のような粘稠
物の除去、或は物体の表面付着塵埃の除去、更に

従来技術
従来上記ノズル装置においては作業の目的に応
じ液体の噴射拡開度を変え、除去が困難なスケー
ル、粘稠物等については噴射拡開度を零に絞つて
液体のジエツト圧を高め、表面清浄化については
噴射拡開度を大きくし液体のジエツト圧を弱める
代りに噴射範囲を拡大する等の操作を行つている
が、その都度、所望の拡開度を有するノズルを交
換して噴射管先端に装着するか、又は第5図に示
す如く、噴射管Tの先端を2又分岐管T1,T2に
分岐し、夫々の先端に異なる噴射拡開度α、α′の
ノズルN1,N2を固定装着し、分岐部に分岐管
T1,T2の内径に等しい1つの球弁Vを装入し、
分岐部T1を上側に、分岐管T2を下側にすると、
球弁Vは分岐管T2の流路を閉塞するから、液体
はノズルN1より噴射され、また分岐管T2を上側
にして使用すると、分岐管T1の流路は球弁Vに
より閉塞されて液体はノズルN2より噴射される
ことにより2種の噴射拡開度を有する液体噴射を

発明が解決しようとする問題点
上記従来装置においては、前者は噴射拡開度を
変更する都度、ノズルの交換作業を行わねばなら
ず、交換作業が煩瑣であるばかりでなく、不要ノ
ズルを作業者が粉失することも屡々起こり、作業
能率を著しく阻害し、また、後者は噴射拡開度の
変更操作は簡単であるが、2種の噴射拡開度の選
択しかできないため、使用目的の範囲が著しく制
限され、3種以上の噴射拡開度を必要とするとき
は前者と同様の欠点を有し、更にノズルの上下位
置を常に注意しながら使用しなければならないの
で操作姿勢の自由度を著しく制約されるものであ

問題を解決するための手段
本発明は上記目的を達成するため、噴射管の先

管先端外周に偏心円板を偏心して固着し、該偏心
円板に袋ナツトでノズルホルダを締結し、該ノズ
ルホルダにノズルを固着し、該ノズルには前記偏
心円板の中心に対する噴射管の先端位置の偏心量
を半径とした円周上に噴射拡開度の異なる複数の
ノズル孔を貫設し、前記袋ナツトの締結により前
記ノズル後端面が偏心円板前面方向に移動して前
記ノズル管の先端と圧着し、前記ノズルホルダの
定角回動によりノズル6を偏心円板5の中心の周
りに回動させ、前記複数のノズル孔を夫々選択的
に前記ノズル管に連通して噴射拡開度を多段に調

故もなく、更にノズルを操作する作業姿勢に影響
されることなく、常に所望の噴射拡開度を確実に
且つ円滑に選択することができるので、噴射機能
は著しく拡大し、噴射作業を能率よく行うことが
