(発明が解決しようとする課題) 水産練製品の一つであるつみれには色々の形状
のものがあるが中でも中央に凹みを有して全体に
丸みを帯びた円盤状のものが手作り風の形状であ
りかつ火の通りが良い等の理由から鍋物などに多
用され最も市場性がある。

とその外側に放射状に周設されて該中空筒を出口
管の内側に固着する複数の取付片とから成る調節
部材を内設すると共に、上記原料出口から押し出
された練製品原料の下面に球面状凹みを形成させ
る形成部材と、押し出されて凹みを形成された練
製品原料を原料出口の口縁で切断する切断刃とを
具備させ、上記ギヤによる練製品原料の間欠的押
出しと形成部材の押圧と切断刃による切断を繰り
返す駆動機構を備えたことを特徴としている。

て該形状を有するつみれを連続して製造すること
ができる。

一端がクランク28のスライド長孔へ嵌合された
駒31に連結されたロツド29と、上記駒31を
移動させる送り螺子32とから構成され、モータ
22の連続回転をクランク27、ロツド29、ク
ランク28、ワンウエイクラツチ30により間欠
回転に変換し、ギヤポンプ3のギヤ5,5を間欠
的に回転させる。この間欠回転によつて練製品原
料の定量押出しが一定時間間隔で正確に繰り返さ
れる。また、押出し量の調整は、クランク28の
ストロークを駒31の送り螺子32で変えてギヤ
5,5の回転範囲を加減して行う。

作業能率の向上と衛生化を同時に達成することが
可能となつた。
