本発明はプラズマ切断機に於ける排煙処理方法
に係り、特にプラズマ切断に伴つて発生する粉塵
ヒユーム、有害気体等の排煙を簡単な手段で処理
することが出来るプラズマ切断機に於ける排煙処

ンダクトの末端にメインダクトで集めたプラズマ
切断に伴う粉塵ヒユーム、有害気体等の排煙を集
塵機に送ることが出来る吸引ポンプ等を取り付け

な機構を伴いコスト高になると共にプラズマ切断
に伴う粉塵ヒユームや有害気体を周囲に飛散する
ことなくこのメインダクトに確実に集積する作業
が困難であり確実性に欠けるなどの問題点があつ

る前記切断定盤の下方空間を前記レールと直交す
る横方向に並列された数個の仕切板によつて数個
の空間に仕切り、かつプラズマ切断によつて排出
された各仕切空間内の排煙を吸引し得る吸引フー
ドを該仕切空間の側方に機体の移動と共に摺動可
能な如く機体に取り付け、更に排煙を処理し得る
集塵機を機体の一部に搭載すると共に該集塵機と
前記吸引フードとを排煙ダクトを介して連結し、
プラズマ切断トーチを走行させながら切断定盤上
の被加工材を切断し、かつこのプラズマ切断に伴
つて排出される排煙を前記プラズマ切断トーチと
一緒に走行する前記吸引フードで吸引し、更に該
吸引フードで吸引した排煙を機体上の前記集塵機
で処理することを特徴としたプラズマ切断機に於

より排出される排煙をこの吸引フードによつて最
適位置で逃がすことなく確実に吸引することが出

10に送つてこの集塵機10でこの排煙を直ちに

<発明の効果>
本発明に係る方法は上述の如く、切断機本体に
排煙処理用の集塵機を搭載し、かつ定盤の下方を
仕切板によつて数個のブロツクに区切つて仕切空
間を構成し、更に該仕切空間の側方に吸引フード
を摺動自在に設けると共に該吸引フードを前記集
塵機に連結し、本体の移動と共に移動させて各仕
切空間の排煙を吸引して処理するようにしたの
で、従来の如き定盤の全範囲に亘る長いメインダ
クト、各小部屋を連設するダンパー及びその開閉
制御機構等を全て不要とし、付帯設備を著しく低
減せしめると共に設備をコンパクトにすることが
出来、しかもプラズマ切断によつて排出される有
害な排煙を逃がすことなく確実にしかも効率良く
即時に処理することが出来る等の特徴を有するも

向に並列された数個の仕切板によつて数個の空間
に仕切り、かつプラズマ切断によつて排出された
各仕切空間内の排煙を吸引し得る吸引フードを該
仕切空間の側方に機体の移動と共に摺動可能な如
く機体に取り付け、更に排煙を処理し得る集塵機
を機体の一部に搭載すると共に該集塵機と前記吸
引フードとを排煙ダクトを介して連結し、プラズ
マ切断トーチを走行させながら切断定盤上の被加
工材を切断し、かつこのプラズマ切断に伴つて排
出される排煙を前記プラズマ切断トーチと一緒に
走行する前記吸引フードで吸引し、更に該吸引フ
ードで吸引した排煙を機体上の前記集塵機で処理
することを特徴としたプラズマ切断機に於ける排
