(発明が解決しようとする問題点) 上記回転式射出成形機において、金型の固定を

下に固定しなければならず、また金型ごとに設け
たクランプを個々に作動させるために、回転盤上
の配管数も多くなり、しかもその配管が回転によ
つてねじれないように回転盤中心から行わねばな
らず、各配管と機外から導入される給排管との接
続にも工夫を要するなど、クランプによる金型の
固定を回転射出成形機に採用するには更に改良が
必要とされている。

ので、配管が錯綜するようなことがなく、組付作
業を迅速かつ確実に行えるばかりか、金型をクラ
ンプにより固定することによつて金型交換時間が
短縮され自動化も可能となる。更にまた回転盤の
回転中心に設けたブロツクを介して、金型クラン
プ装置の作動に必要なエアまたは油圧の給排を行
うため、配管の量も少なくて済み、回転盤上も整
然となることから外観上も良く、耐久性はもとよ
りメンテナンスのし易い金型クランプ装置付きの
回転式射出成形機を低コストにて提供することが
できるなどの特長を有する。
