(Prior Art) Allergy is a hypersensitive reaction caused by a certain substance acting on a living body, and can lead to diseases such as urticaria, allergic conjunctivitis, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and allergic rhinitis. In such allergy diagnosis, knowing what kind of substance the patient is allergic to and how many types there are is a medically important diagnostic tool and the first step in treatment.

Currently, the most common method is to intradermally inject the test solution into multiple points on the skin of the arm or back. If the patient exhibits symptoms such as wheals (swelling that looks like a mosquito bite), it is determined to be positive, and tests are conducted to determine if the patient is allergic to the substance. In this case, it was customary to test multiple points at once.

However, administering multiple injections not only takes time to conduct the test, but also poses a problem in that children in particular are reluctant to administer the test, and doctors must prepare hundreds of syringes in advance to accommodate the number of patients. It was hot. In addition, with intradermal injection, if the test solution accidentally enters the blood vessel, there is a risk that allergic symptoms will be induced rapidly and severely, resulting in shock symptoms.

The invention of a multi-point skin testing device disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 14071/1983 is known as a solution to the above-mentioned problems caused by intradermal injection. This skin testing device consists of a handle portion in the form of an elongated flat plate, connecting members that extend from the left and right sides into a rod shape and whose distal ends are bent downward, and a handle portion that is directed downward from the distal ends of the connecting members and arranged at predetermined intervals. It is composed of press needles spaced apart from each other.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) According to such a device, a pressure needle must be inserted into the base block, which stores test liquids in respective recesses, as shown in Figure 5 of the same publication, and the test liquid must be applied. , there is a risk of contamination of the base block itself. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6 of the same publication, a structure may be considered in which a tube containing the test liquid is previously assembled to the pressure needle.

Therefore, if it is combined with the technique for attaching and detaching the punch member and the holder shown in Japanese Patent Publications No. 49-19597, No. 51-19277, and No. 51-19719, it is predicted that the punch member can be magnetized and replaced with the connecting member. be done. However, the punch member disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-19597 is equipped with a non-water-absorbing elastic filler and an easily penetrating body with liquid at the base of the pressing needle, whereas the punch member disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-19277 is equipped with a non-water-absorbing elastic filler and an easily penetrating body with liquid at the tip of the pressing needle. A thermoplastic film with a wet, easy-to-penetrate mat attached is thermally bonded, and the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-19719 is equipped with a locking ring on the outer diameter of the mouth rim to hold the liquid-retaining mat. . Therefore, each punch member has a complicated structure and is expensive, and a large number of these punch members must be attached and detached for each inspection, which increases the burden during inspection work.

In addition to the above, intradermal injection for allergen testing,
It is desirable to be able to adjust the amount of test liquid used depending on the thinness of the skin, the muscle condition of the region, or the patient's symptoms. For example, appropriate tests could not be obtained without procedures such as increasing the amount of test solution for patients with slow reactions or using less test solution for hypersensitive patients.
