Structure of conventional examples and their problems Conventional oil burners, such as reflective oil stoves, are equipped with a reflector plate 2 at the rear of a combustion tube 1, as shown in Figs. A top plate 3 with a hole through which it can pass is placed. A guard 4 for protection from the combustion tube 1 is provided at the front of the instrument body. However, the top plate 3 has become hot due to the combustion exhaust gas from the combustion tube 1, and the upper part of the back of the appliance body has become hot enough to cause burns due to heat conduction from the top plate and radiant heat from the reflector. If it comes in contact with a cloth or the like, there are problems such as burns or fire, and there is a problem of backfire due to wind.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to efficiently lower the temperature of the top plate and the upper back of the appliance body, and also to take wind resistance into account, thereby eliminating the danger of burns and fires. It is something.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a structure in which a gap for air circulation formed by a shield plate and a heat shield plate is provided below the top plate of the appliance body and communicated with a hole provided at the bottom of the back of the appliance body. Therefore, air is sucked in through the hole at the bottom of the back of the appliance body due to convection, and the air heated in the air circulation gap is released from the front of the appliance body, thereby preventing the top plate from becoming hot. . In addition, as a wind-resistant structure, a group of small holes is provided at the rear of the combustion tube at the bottom of the reflector, a wind-resistant plate is provided between the main bodies of the appliance at the top of the group of small holes, and a group of small holes is also provided in the opposing lower reflector. This allows the wind to escape to the bottom of the lower reflector, which in turn applies pressure inside the combustion cylinder and prevents backfire.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. Reference numeral 1 denotes a device main body with an open front, and a plurality of holes 1a for air intake are provided at the bottom of the back (positionally behind the bottom of the reflector). 2 is a stand,
3 is the front door. There is a tank 4 inside the device body 1.
is stored in the tank 4, and a combustion cylinder 5 is mounted on the tank 4. 7 is a wick up and down knob that moves the lamp wick 6 up and down in the tank 4, 8 is an ignition mechanism, and 9 is a combustion tube 5.
A reflector plate is provided at the rear of the combustion tube and has a group of small holes 9a in the rear lower part of the combustion tube to reflect radiant heat forward, and a gap T1 is formed between the reflector plate and the back plate of the appliance. Reference numeral 10 denotes a lower reflecting plate that partitions the inside of the instrument body 1 into upper and lower parts, and a group of small holes 10a is formed at the rear end facing the gap T1. Reference numeral 11 denotes a top plate of the main body 1 of the instrument, and 12 a shielding plate provided below the top plate 11 with gaps T2 and T4, and is inclined upward so as to be positioned upward toward the front. The gaps T2 and T4 between the top plate 11 and the shielding plate 12 are communicated with the gap T1 between the reflector plate 9 and the back plate of the appliance to form an air flow path. 13 is a heat shield plate provided between the top plate 11 and the shielding plate 12;
Gaps T2 and T4 are formed between them and the shielding plate 12, respectively, and the rear end thereof is bent downward 13a so as to protrude into the gap T1. Then, install the device by partially providing a convex portion on the back side of the device main body 1, with a gap T

In the above configuration, when kerosene is poured into the tank 4, the wick 6 is raised by turning the wick up/down knob 7, and ignited, combustion starts, and radiant heat is radiated from the combustion tube 5, and also from the rear reflector 9 to the front. radiant heating is performed. On the other hand, the combustion exhaust gas from the combustion tube 5 flows forward along the shielding plate 12.
rise from the front to the top. At this time, the shielding plate 12 is heated by the exhaust gas, and convection occurs here. Therefore, air flows in from the plurality of holes 1a at the lower rear surface of the main body 1, passes through the gap T2 between the shielding plate 12 and the heat shielding plate 13, and flows forward. This is a convection flow with a considerable flow velocity due to the large temperature difference, and as a result, the exhaust gas flows diagonally forward as shown by the arrow in FIG. 4 and then rises. Therefore, the exhaust gas does not touch the top plate 11. The convection also serves as an air curtain. However, if this is done alone, the top plate 11 will be heated by the radiant heat from the shield plate 12, so the heat shield plate 13 blocks the radiant heat, and from the gap T1 between the reflector plate 9 and the back plate of the appliance main body 1, the bent portion 1 of the heat shield plate 13
Since an air flow path is formed in the gap T3 between the appliance 3a and the back plate of the appliance 1, convection occurs, and convection also occurs in the gap T4 between the appliance 1 and the top plate 11, creating an air insulation layer.
Moreover, since it is not connected to the shielding plate 12, it is not affected by the temperature due to heat conduction, so the heat shielding plate 13
The temperature itself decreases, the top plate temperature does not rise, and since air flows to the back of the appliance body 1, the temperature of the back of the appliance 1 also decreases. Therefore, problems such as burns caused by temperature rise on the top plate and the upper part of the back of the appliance, and fires caused by contact with cloth, etc., are eliminated.

Here, when considering air circulation, if the rear end of the heat shield plate 13 is bent and the gap T4 between the bent part 13a and the main body 1 is made narrower than the gap T5 with the reflector plate 9, the shield plate 12, The air flow between the heat shield plates 13 is improved and the effect is increased. In addition, the heat shield plate 13 is slightly protruded from the front end of the top plate 11, but this is to prevent exhaust gas from licking the front end of the top plate 11. This is not necessary if the exhaust gas can be guided forward by increasing the air flow velocity between the exhaust gas and the engine 13. In order to protect the exhaust gas flowing forward, a guard 15 as shown in FIG. 5 may be provided. In addition, when wind is received from the front of the device, small holes 9 provided at the bottom of the reflector 9
The wind pressure is released from a and guided to the small hole group 10a of the lower reflector 10 by the windproof plate 14 to increase the pressure at the bottom of the lower reflector 10, thereby increasing the internal pressure of the combustion tube 5 and causing the flame to move toward the tank 4 side. It can prevent backfire.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the gap for air circulation formed by the shielding plate and the heat shield plate below the top plate of the appliance body is formed so as to be located upward as it reaches the front of the appliance body, In addition, since it is configured to communicate with the hole in the lower back of the instrument body, air is sucked in through the hole in the lower back surface of the instrument body due to convection, and the air heated in the air circulation gap is released from the front of the instrument body. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the temperature of the top plate and the upper part of the back of the appliance, and it is possible to create an extremely safe appliance that is free from dangers such as burns and fires and is also wind resistant.
