That is, the core wire 2 drawn out from the core wire supply bobbin 1 is fed into the paint tank 4 via the guide roller 3, and the paint 4A attached to the core wire 2 is squeezed by the floating die 5A in the die holder 5. The amount of coating (coating film thickness)
Then, the core wire 2 is guided into the baking furnace 7 through the lower insertion hole 6 to bake the applied paint 4A, and then passed through the upper insertion hole 8 into the baking furnace 7.
A baking process in which the core wire 2 pulled out is passed around the upper turn roller 9 and the lower turn roller 10 and sent into the baking furnace 7 via the paint tank 4, the floating die 5A, and the lower insertion port 6 again. The process is repeated several times, and the finished product (resin-baked electric wire) is baked and coated with the dried and solidified paint 4A, and then wound onto a winding bobbin 12 via a guide roller 11, and then discharged from the baking furnace 7. The fuel exhaust gas is treated by an exhaust gas device 13 and then released into the atmosphere.

作業能率があまり良くないという問題がある。 By the way, in such a manufacturing device, the core wire 2 running between both turn rollers 9 and 10 is once led out of the baking furnace 7 every time a baking operation is performed, and is cooled to about room temperature by contact with air. Therefore, a good enamel coating cannot be deposited unless the running speed of the core wire is slowed down, and as a result, there is a problem that the baking efficiency is not very good.

A combustion waste gas introduction chamber 22 for introducing the combustion exhaust gas from the baking furnace 7 is defined by a cylindrical separating wall 23 that vertically penetrates the combustion waste gas introduction chamber 22. A core wire insertion preheating chamber 24 is defined for preheating the core wire 2 immediately before the coating material 4A is to be applied thereto. The combustion exhaust gas discharged from the baking furnace 7 is fed into the lower part of the combustion waste gas introduction chamber 22 via the supply pipe 25, and the fed combustion exhaust gas is fed from the upper part of the combustion waste gas introduction chamber 22. After being discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe 26 and treated by the exhaust gas device 13,

図ることが可能となる。 As is clear from the above configuration, when the baking furnace 7 is in operation, the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the baking furnace 7 is sent into the waste gas introduction chamber 22 and heats the cylindrical isolation chamber 23. The core wire 2 inserted through the wire insertion preheating chamber 24 can be fed into the paint tank 4 in a state where it has been preheated to an appropriate temperature for coating the paint 4A. Particularly in this case, the core wire 2 is heated while being isolated from the combustion exhaust gas by the cylindrical separation wall 23, so that it does not cause any inconvenience such as surface staining, and temperature unevenness is prevented by indirect heating from the surroundings. It is preheated smoothly without any heat generation. In addition, the presence of the combustion waste gas introduction chamber 22 prevents heat dissipation from the back part 7A of the baking furnace, so that the power consumption of heaters and other devices for maintaining the temperature inside the baking furnace at an appropriate temperature can be kept as low as possible. Therefore, it becomes possible to achieve energy savings.
