According to the present invention, a continuous wiener is sequentially dropped from above to the tip of the string to be wrapped, and the tip of the string is positioned inside the wiener, and the tip is moved in a circular motion in a substantially horizontal state. Therefore, the continuous wiener is wrapped around the tip of the pole, and if the wrapped portion is moved sequentially toward the proximal end of the pole, winding and moving can be done in one continuous operation. It is possible to automatically wrap the wiener in the bag.

This length is, for example, the length of one pole, and is wound and laminated as shown as 2 in the figure. After being fed for one turn, the rear end of the fed wiener S is sent to the next process in the device. The next step, 3 in the figure, is a shower;
is a supply conveyor that supplies the wiener to the next process for winding it onto Sao 5. The supply conveyor 4
In the figure, two rows of endless rotating belt conveyors are installed on the top surface of the base, and the distance between the opposing surfaces is set to be at least slightly smaller than the outer diameter on the long side of the stuffed wieners S, which are the objects to be transferred, and On this opposing surface side, the belt conveyors are rotatably arranged side by side, with the same direction of movement and substantially the same speed of movement. 6 in the figure is the support shaft of the conveyor.

The cylindrical shape is arranged so as to be rotatable with respect to the base 13 by the rotating device 10, and as described above, in order to be located inside at the tip of the pole 5 and to give the wiener S circular motion in a substantially horizontal state. The outlet port 17 at the lower end is made eccentric with respect to the vertical axis of the base body 14, and the side wall of the chute 9 is opened downward at the contact portion where the wiener S at the rear of the rotation, or at the front and rear as necessary, falls downward to the chute 9. A guide cylinder 19 formed by a notch 18 is provided below.

Since the outlet port 17 at the lower end rotates eccentrically with respect to the cylindrical base 14, if the tip of the tube 5 is positioned at the center of rotation, the intestine stuffed wieners S are continuously supplied from above above the tip of the tube 5. The wiener S can be made to move in a circular motion in a substantially horizontal state, and since the falling motion accompanies this circular motion, the tip of the pole 5 can be wrapped with the wiener S. At this time, the wiener S is placed near the delivery end of the supply conveyor 4.
By positioning the sensor 21 that counts the number of connecting parts or unit wieners, and adjusting the supply speed of the wiener S and the rotational speed of the chute 9 in accordance with this count, the number of wiener S for one winding into the blade 5 can be obtained. can be adjusted automatically.

At the same time, the lower end opening 24 is also semicircular, and the tip of the arm 26 is fixed to the outer surface of the side wall of the chute 9, which has an inclined guide wall 25 between the upper and lower openings 23 and 24.
2 in the figure so that the arm tip rotates along a locus 27 shown by an imaginary line in the figure.
A guide groove 8 is formed, and a pin 29 protruding from the base is fitted into the groove 28, and the base end is pivotally connected to a disk 31 rotated by a motor 30.

る。 Finally, what is shown as 32 in the figure is a screw feeder for sequentially moving the wiener S wrapped around the tip of the pole 5 toward the base end of the pole 5. A shaft 33 as shown in the example of a screw with fins protruding in a spiral shape around the shaft used in a conveyor, etc.
A spiral rod 34 is fixed to the outer periphery of the screw feeder 32, and a portion of the screw top end of the screw feeder 32 contacts one side of the thread 5 or at least shakes the connecting thread-like portion of the wound wiener S. They are installed on the side keeping the maximum distance between them so that they can move. In the figure, 35 is a bearing that pivotally supports the base end of the shaft 33, 36 is a device for bringing the main screw feeder 32 close to the pole 5, and a cylinder 37 for separating is a shaft rotating device.

Therefore, in the present invention, while sequentially dropping and supplying a continuous string of stuffed wieners from vertically above to the tip of the pole to be wrapped, the wiener is rolled in a circular motion in a horizontal state above the tip of the pole, with the tip of the pole inside. This is a method of wrapping the wiener around the pole, which involves wrapping the wiener around the pole and sequentially moving the wrapped portion toward the proximal end of the pole.
A device that not only can reliably wrap a certain length or a certain number of wieners on a pole, but also automates this work and can easily and quickly wrap a large amount of wieners without damaging the wieners. It is.
