節用上段扉を設けてなる排水、湛水装置に関する

本発明を図面に示す実施例について説明すると
貯水池又は幹線水路5に支線水路4を第1図の開
渠8又は暗渠(図示していない)によつて接続す
る。この接続部には両水路4,5間に制水扉6が
設けられ、同制水扉6の正面下部に水中ポンプ7
を設け同ポンプ7の吐出管9および吸引管10に
3方弁11,12を設けこれらの3方弁11,1
2の一端を同制水扉6の下部に穿設した透孔1
3,14に接続開口して上記支線水路4の水位調
節用ポンプ7を形成する。このようにした支線水
路4に近接して地中耕起を施工した耕地2が設け
られる。即ち同耕地2には適当な深さ適当な間隔
に複数列の弾丸暗渠1が形成される(特許第
797480号、特公昭50−10203号)。又このようにし
た複数列の弾丸暗渠1と交差(直交)する有材暗
渠3を形成し両暗渠1,3を連通させるものであ
る。第2図に示すとおり有材暗渠3は交差する弾
丸暗渠1より深い溝でこれに投入する籾穀等の疎
水材は、弾丸暗渠1より高い位置まで充填し、そ
の底部には有孔通水パイプ3aを配設し籾穀3b
を充填し埋戻土3cして地表15を形成し、上記
有孔通水パイプ3aを支線水路4に開口させる。
尚第3図中16で示すものは畝又は農道、第4図
中17は制水扉6の昇降装置、18は3方弁1
1,12の開閉装置である。水位調節用小扉6a
および上段扉6bは上記制水扉6の本体上部に設
けられ、該制水扉6の昇降装置17により昇降さ

を支線水路4に供給し支線水路4の水位を耕地上
部適当水位と同一水位に貯水させ同耕地2に地下
潅漑又は湛水することが出来る。また逆にポンプ
7を動作して支線水路4の水を幹線水路5に排出
して支線水路4の水位を下降し有材暗渠3および
弾丸暗渠1を経て上記水位を下降し同耕地2の排
水を行うことが出来る。この耕地2の土壌水分の
自動制御は耕地内の湿度検出、タイマーおよび幹
支線水路4,5各々の水位検出器の組合せ、制水
扉の電動化、バルブ類の電動化によるポンプ7の
動作の自動制御により行うことが出来る。また異
常降雨の時は、第9図に示すように耕地2上面が
長時間に亙つて冠水のおそれがあるので幹線水路
5の水位が低水位にあるときは制水扉6を開扉し
て支線水路4の水を排出させ水位を下げることに
より耕地2の冠水を防止出来る。又幹線水路5の
水位が支線水路4と同一水位又はその水位以下に
ある時、耕地2が冠水又は土壌水分が過剰であれ
ば、制水扉6を閉扉してポンプ7を動作させ幹線
水路5に排水することにより上記支線水路4の水
位を低下させることが出来る。水位調節用小扉6
a又は上段扉6bの上縁水準は昇降装置17によ
り設定水位に保持され、上記過剰水量或は夕立、
豪雨等による設定以上の異常水量は上記小扉6a
又は上段扉6bの上縁から溢流し、幹線水路5に
放流される。そしてポンプ7による幹線水路5へ
の排水時に停電してポンプ7が停止しても第8図
に示すように上記小扉6a又は2段扉6bの位置
を調節してその上縁から溢流させることが出来る

設けてなるものであるから、ポンプ7の操作によ
つてきわめて容易に上記地中耕起を施工した耕地
2における排水、湛水の調節を行うことが出来る
し、水位調節用小扉6a又は上段扉6bを設定水
位に調節保持し得て夕立や豪雨による異常水位を
防止し設定どおりの水管理を行い、かつ停電時に
同小扉6a又は上段扉6bにより異常水位を調節
