(Prior Art) As a method for forming arbitrary patterns on the surface of synthetic resin molded products, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-33456 discloses a method for painting synthetic resin molded products. This involves heat-forming a transfer sheet with an arbitrary pattern formed on a base sheet that can be thermoformed to form a decorated molded product that matches the inner surface of a molding mold. It is attached to the inner surface of a molding mold, and then a molding resin is supplied to the inner surface of the decorated molded product and molded, the molding mold is removed, and the base sheet of the transfer sheet is peeled off. It's a method.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Therefore, according to the conventional method, the pattern on the transfer sheet is simply transferred to the surface of the synthetic resin molded product, and the pattern on the surface of the synthetic resin molded product is not flat. It was relatively monotonous and lacked beauty or interest.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The technical means of the present invention for solving this technical problem is to print a pattern 4 on one surface of the sheet 3 and provide an adhesive layer 2, and to print a pattern 4 on the other surface. After that, the sheet 3 is formed into the surface shape of the synthetic resin molded product 1 by vacuum forming, and then installed in the cavity 9 of the molding die 8, and then melted into the cavity 9. The resin 13 is supplied to the adhesive layer 2 side of the sheet 3 to form the synthetic resin molded product 1.
is formed so that a sheet 3 is polymerized on its surface with an adhesive layer 2 interposed therebetween, and then a vapor deposition layer 5 is provided on the masking layer 7 side of the sheet 3. It is at the point where it was removed along with 5.

(Function) A pattern 4 is formed on the inner surface of the sheet 3 polymerized on the surface of the synthetic resin molded product 1, and the pattern 4 can be partially hidden by the vapor deposition layer 5 on the outer surface, so that the pattern 4 can be partially hidden by the vapor deposition layer 5 on the outer surface. A three-dimensional and complex pattern can be formed on the surface of the synthetic resin molded product 1 by the pattern and the printed pattern 4.

(Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be described according to the illustrated example. FIG. 8 shows a bottomed cylindrical synthetic resin molded product 1 with a pattern formed on its surface by the method of the present invention. This molded product 1 is used, for example, as a cap for a cosmetic container, a bowl-shaped container, etc.
A synthetic resin sheet 3 is polymerized on the outer surface of the molded product 1 with an adhesive layer 2 interposed therebetween. A pattern 4 is printed on the inner surface of the sheet 3, and a vapor deposition layer 5 is provided on the outer surface to form another pattern. A transparent coating layer 6 is provided on the outer surface side of the vapor deposited layer 5.
Thus, on the outer surface of the synthetic resin molded product 1, the printed pattern 4 and the pattern formed by the opaque vapor deposition layer 5 deposited thereon overlap, creating a three-dimensional and complex pattern on the outer surface of the molded product 1. It is formed.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, a pattern 4 is printed on one surface of a synthetic resin sheet 3, and an adhesive layer 2 is applied. Further, a masking layer 7 for forming a pattern is provided on the other surface of the sheet 3. The sheet 3 is made of vinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, etc., and is vacuum-formable and transparent.
The masking layer 7 is made of acrylic resin or the like, and can be washed off with alcohol. Examples of the material of the adhesive layer 2 include acrylic resin,
Examples of the resin include vinyl resin, polyamide resin, and phenol resin, and the resin is determined in consideration of weldability with the resin forming the molded article 1.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, the sheet 3 is formed into the surface shape of the molded product 1 by vacuum forming. In this case, the sheet 3 has a bottomed cylindrical sheet main body 3a that fits the outer surface of the molded product 1, and a flange portion 3b on the outer periphery, and is molded so that the adhesive layer 2 is located on the inner surface thereof.

Next, the vacuum-formed sheet 3 is placed in a cavity 9 of a resin molding die 8 for molding the molded product 1, as shown in FIG. At this time, the flange portion 3b of the sheet 3 is pressed between the upper mold 10 and the lower mold 11 of the mold 8, and the sheet main body 3a is arranged in the cavity 9 so as to follow the inner surface of the lower mold 11.

Then, molten resin 13 is injected into the inner surface of the sheet 3 in the cavity 9 of the mold 8, that is, the adhesive layer 2 side of the sheet 3, as shown in FIG. The molten resin 13 is appropriately selected from synthetic resins such as vinyl resins, polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene resins, polyamides, and phenol resins, depending on the required characteristics of the molded product 1. As the molten resin 13 is injected into the inner surface of the sheet 3, the pressure of the molten resin 13 presses the sheet 3 into contact with the inner surface of the lower mold 11, and the molded product 1 has the sheet 3 polymerized on its outer surface. It is molded to

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5, the molded product 1 is removed from the mold 8, and as shown in FIG. 6, an opaque vapor-deposited material such as aluminum, copper, etc. Layer 5 is provided. Then, the masking layer 7 is washed off and removed together with the vapor deposited layer 5 on the masking layer 7 using alcohol or the like. As a result, the vapor deposited layer 5 remains only in the non-masked areas, forming a pattern, as shown in FIG.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the pattern 4 is formed on the inner surface of the sheet 3 polymerized on the surface of the synthetic resin molded product 1, and the pattern 4 is partially hidden by the vapor deposition layer 5 on the outer surface. The pattern of the vapor deposited layer 5 and the printed pattern 4 are completed.
As a result, a three-dimensional and complex pattern can be formed on the surface of the synthetic resin molded product 1, and the surface of the molded product 1 can be made beautiful and interesting. Moreover, the pattern formed by the vapor deposited layer 5 that hides the pattern 4 can be easily formed by using the masking layer 7, and the effect is remarkable.
