本発明は、合成樹脂成形品の表面に模様を形成

脂を供給して成形し、次いで上記の成形用受け型
を取りはずし、更に上記の転写シートの基本シー

(問題点を解決するための手段)

成するマスキング層7を設け、その後前記シート
3を真空成形により合成樹脂成形品1の表面形状
に形成して、成形用金型8のキヤビテイ9内に装
着し、次にキヤビテイ9内に溶融樹脂13をシー
ト3の接着層2側に供給して、合成樹脂成形品1
を、その表面に接着層2を介してシート3が重合
するように成形し、その後シート3のマスキング
層7側に蒸着層5を設けた後、マスキング層7を
該マスキング層7上の蒸着層5と共に除去した点

の模様を形成するように設けられている。蒸着層
5の外面側には透明被覆層6が設けられている。
而して合成樹脂成形品1の外面には印刷による模
様4とその上から蒸着された不透明な蒸着層5に
よる模様とが重なり合つて、成形品1の外面には

ロピレン、ポリエチレン、ナイロンその他により
構成され、真空成形可能でかつ透過性を有する。
マスキング層7はアクリル系樹脂等により構成さ
れ、アルコールで洗い落すことが可能である。接
着層2の材質としては、例えばアクリル系樹脂、
ビニル系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、フエノール系
樹脂等を例示でき、成形品1を形成する樹脂との

面に押圧接当され、成形品1はその外面にシート

として除去する。これにより第7図に示す如く蒸
着層5が非マスキング部分にのみ残り、模様を形

ことができ、蒸着層5の模様と印刷による模様4
とで、合成樹脂成形品1の表面に立体的で複雑な
模様を形成でき、成形品1の表面を美麗でかつお
もしろみのあるものにできる。しかも模様4を隠
す蒸着層5による模様は、マスキング層7を利用
することにより簡単に形成することができ、その

共に接着層2を設け、また他方の表面に模様を形
成するマスキング層7を設け、その後前記シート
3を真空成形により合成樹脂成形品1の表面形状
に形成して、成形用金型8のキヤビテイ9内に装
着し、次にキヤビテイ9内に溶融樹脂13をシー
ト3の接着層2側に供給して、合成樹脂成形品1
を、その表面に接着層2を介してシート3が重合
するように成形し、その後シート3のマスキング
層7側に蒸着層5を設けた後、マスキング層7を
該マスキング層7上の蒸着層5と共に除去したこ
