本発明はコンクリート等によりマンホール等を
製作する際に用いるコンクリート等打込用の型枠
に関し、マンホールの壁面にステツプを埋込むた

21を型枠本体22の開口窓23に圧入して型枠
本体22を立て、コンクリート打設後、ステツプ
セツター21を分割して外し、開口窓23からス
テツプ1を抜くようにして型枠本体22を外して
いた。したがつて、ステツプ1の埋込み精度が出
ず、上下左右のステツプ1の埋込角度等のばらつ
きが大きく、又ステツプセツター21が型枠本体
22にきつちり嵌合せず、コンクリート面に凸凹
が生じ易いという問題があつた。

本発明のステツプ埋込用型枠は、ステツプ1の

挿通させるための切欠5を設け、型枠本体6にあ

めしたものであり、これによつて上記目的を達成
できるに至つた。

の側片3を互いに平行に立設し、支持片2の型枠
本体6の曲率に合わせてカツトされた前縁に沿つ
て支持片2と垂直に型片4を溶着させたものであ
る。型片4の横寸法は型枠本体6の開口窓7内に
ほぼぴつたりと嵌り込むように開口窓7の横寸法
と略等しくしてあり、側片3間の間隔はステツプ
1の外幅とほぼ等しくなつていて側片3間にステ
ツプ1の踏部1aを納入したときにステツプ1を
挟んでステツプ1の左右の位置決めを行なえるよ
うになつている。型片4にはステツプ1の埋込み
部1bを挿通させるための切欠5を設けてある。
又、支持片2には通孔13が穿孔されている。更
に、支持片2の前端は左右が型片4の左右から突
出して当り部14となつており、側片3の前端も
上部が型片4の上から突出して当り部14となつ
ており、型片4を型枠本体6の開口窓7内に嵌め
たときに当り部14が開口窓7の縁部に当接して
型片4表面と型枠本体6表面が面一となるように
位置決めできるようになつている。10はステツ
プ1を押えるための押え座金であり、片面の中央
部に突部15を有しており、押え座金10はステ
ツプセツター8の側片3間に納まる長さとなつて
おり、突部15の幅はステツプ1の内幅よりも小
さくなつている。16は頭側に角座金17を溶着
させた締付ボルトであり、蝶ナツト19とセツト
になつている。間〓防止シート9は型枠本体6の
開口窓7の縦横寸法よりも大きく、下部から上方
へ向けてステツプ1の埋込部1bを挿通させるた
めの逆U字状の切欠18を設けてある。尚、ステ
ツプ1は略U字状をしていて先端をL形に屈曲さ
せたものを図示してあるが、このような形状のも

ナツト19を螺合させてステツプセツター8を第
3図のように型枠本体6に固定する。ここで、開
口窓7の縦寸法は型片4の縦寸法よりも若干大き
くなつており、ステツプ1の厚みに応じて上下に
調節されるようになつており、又押え座金10を
裏返して突部15を上面又は下面にすることによ
つてもステツプ1の厚みに対応できるようになつ
ている。更に、第6図のようにステツプ1に跨が
らせるようにして型枠本体6型面の開口窓7付近
に間〓防止シート9を磁力で付着させて開口窓7
と型片4との間の間〓を塞ぐ。このようにして第
3図、第4図のようにステツプ1は型枠本体6に
傾斜させてセツトされる。図示したものは右足用
のステツプ1の取付け例であるが、ステツプセツ
ター8、ステツプ1及び押え座金10の全体を上
下反転させて型枠本体6に取付ければ左足用とな
る。あるいは型枠A全体を上下反転させても左足
用となる。この状態で、他の無開口(盲)の型枠
(図示せず)と一諸に型枠Aを組み、第5図のよ
うにコンクリート20を打設してマンホールを形
成し、ステツプ1をコンクリート20内に埋込
む。コンクリート20の硬化養生後は、蝶ナツト
19を外して締付けボルト16を抜くと第6図の
ようにステツプセツター8と押え座金10を型枠
本体6から取外すことができ、開口窓7を通して
コンクリート20とステツプ1から型枠本体6を
脱枠する。最後にコンクリート20から間〓防止
シート9を剥して作業を完了し、ステツプ1は埋
込み部1bをコンクリート20内に埋込まれる。
第8図a,bは完成したマンホールを示してあ
