DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Prior Art Water fountains are generally cast products. A cast product requires a runner, and the loss of material in the runner is the first drawback that cannot be removed as long as the product is a cast product. Of course, it is necessary to remove this runner by machining and manual work, and this increase in man-hours is a second drawback that inevitably arises from the first drawback. It is. In addition, buffing is necessary to make the surface of the area where the runner has been removed and the other areas with rough surfaces uniformly smooth. This is an extremely unhygienic work environment. Furthermore, after this work, it is common to apply plating to prevent unhygienic phenomena such as discoloration and corrosion from occurring, but this plating work is harmful in terms of pollution and is not beneficial in combination with the buffing process mentioned above. The third drawback is that these operations pollute the environment. In this way, in addition to the above-mentioned first to third disadvantages in terms of environmental hygiene due to the manufacturing process of cast water bottles, copper alloy water bottles have the following disadvantages:
Copper, tin, etc. are expensive and their prices are unstable; they are cast products;
The inner surface through which water or hot water passes is as-cast and unprocessed, resulting in a rough surface that is unhygienic.When hot water is passed through, the temperature of the faucet rises rapidly to almost the same temperature as the hot water. It also has other drawbacks, such as the risk of heat loss and burns, and the need to wrap sealing tape around the threaded connection to the primary piping when assembling the faucet at the point where it will be used. It is something that exists.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention replaces casting, in which molten metal is poured into a cavity, by applying a synthetic resin coating to the outer circumferential surface of a ceramic body formed in a wrought form and fired, and a threaded mounting part of the body. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cast water bottle that solves all the drawbacks of the cast water bottle at once.

Embodiment An embodiment of the water bottle of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 1. A ceramic raw material made of alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) or a substance containing alumina as a main component is kneaded and then molded into an outer mold and a split mold. The faucet main body 1 with the threaded portion 5 formed in the attachment portion 3 can be obtained by integrally press-molding using a mold and then firing at an appropriate temperature of several hundred degrees Celsius in a firing furnace. Note that as the pressure molding method described above, a hydraulic press method, a rubber press method, etc. can be adopted.

Next, this water faucet main body 1 is fixed in another split mold outer mold having dimensions slightly larger than the aforementioned split mold outer mold, and the entire outer circumferential surface of the water faucet main body 1 and the attachment part 3 is molded using an injection molding device. A faucet can be obtained by applying the synthetic resin coating 2. At this time, the thickness of the resin coating 2 of the attachment part 3 and the packing receiving part 4 to the primary side piping is such that the resin coating 2 extends along the threaded parts 5 and 6 of the mounting part 3 and the packing receiving part 4. 5 and 6, but in addition to that, the mounting part 3 and the packing receiving part 4 themselves have threaded parts 5,
6 may be omitted, the resin coating 2 of both parts 3 and 4 may be thickened, and the threaded parts 5 and 6 may be formed only on the resin coating 2. The resin used here can be appropriately selected from among the many resins that can be used in general household products, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and epoxy, without fear of softening or deformation up to 100°C. Incidentally, if necessary, vapor deposition plating may be further applied on the resin coating 2.

In addition, in the above examples, a ceramic raw material containing alumina as the main component was used, but in addition to that, zircon (ZrO 2 ·SiO), titania (TiO 2 ),
Lithia (Li 2 O-Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 ), spinel (MgO.Al 2 O 3 ), etc., or materials containing these as main components can be used.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the shape of the faucet main body 1 is arbitrary. FIG. 2 shows the faucet main body 1 with the spherical bulge at the lower center removed.

Effects of the Invention The threaded portion connecting to the primary side piping is tightened with the resin elastic body covered between the two rigid bodies, the metal piping and the ceramic mounting portion, so the sealing effect is good. Therefore, there is no need to wrap seal tape when assembling the faucet at the point where it will be used, and since the entire outer circumferential surface of the main body is coated with resin, it not only serves as a cushion against impact, but also has a soft and flexible surface. You can choose a colorful appearance. It is easy to understand that even when hot water is passed through it, the water bottle does not reach high temperatures rapidly due to the low thermal conductivity of ceramics, which not only eliminates the risk of burns but also reduces heat loss. The inner surface of the ceramic body is also pressure-molded and fired, making it extremely smooth and sanitary. By not using expensive raw materials such as copper and tin, which are subject to large price fluctuations, and by being able to obtain the main body and outer cover through pressure molding, firing, and injection molding, the labor-intensive work process can be harmful to the environment and health. This also makes it possible to provide an inexpensive and stable water bottle.
