せん羽根22を経て掻上羽根23により天井部に
移送されたのち排出シユート24内に落下し、回
転ドラム1′内の掻上羽根12,12間に投入さ
れる。回転ドラム1′はロータリ分級機1と一体
で回転しているので沈殿砂は掻上羽根12により
回転ドラム1′の天井部に向けて移送されるが、
この間に回転ドラム1′の底部において下部振動
装置2′から弾性リング11に伝わる繰返し衝撃
により充分に脱水され、しまり状態となる。天井
部に移送された沈殿砂は掻上羽根12,12間に

Claims (1)
固形物の排出口をそれぞれ開口し、周胴の少なく
とも一部をリング状の弾性体により構成したドラ
ムを回転可能に備え、該弾性体の内周面に固形物
の掻上羽根を放射状に配設すると共に、前記ドラ
ム内に、前記掻上羽根により前記ドラムの天井部
に掻き上げられ落下する固形物を受け入れたのち
前記固形物排出口へ移送するための固形物搬出部
材を配設し、さらに前記弾性体への繰返し衝撃部
材又はこれと押圧部材を配設したことを特徴とす
る砂等の脱水装置。 2 前記ドラムが回転部材に連設しうる接続部を
固形物供給口側に備えた円筒体である特許請求の
範囲第1項記載の脱水装置。 3 前記掻上羽根が鋼板又は透水性鋼板であつて
ドラム両側面に固着したものである特許請求の範
囲第1項又は第2項記載の脱水装置。 4 前記繰返し衝撃部材がバイブレータを含む機
構であつて、前記リング状弾性体の直下とこれに
対向した直上とにそれぞれ配備されているもので
ある特許請求の範囲第1項、第2項又は第3項記
