Conventionally, products have been widely used as decorative plywood in which decorative grooves having a square or V-shaped cross-sectional shape are formed at predetermined intervals on the surface by cutting in the longitudinal direction, and the insides of the grooves are colored and painted. ing. This type of decorative groove on decorative plywood is generally painted with a water-based paint using a specially shaped paint roll whose outer periphery matches the shape of the groove. When the core of the plywood is exposed, the surface of the groove bottom becomes uneven and a smooth painted surface cannot be obtained even if painted, and the groove corners formed by the groove bottom and groove side walls become uneven. As a result of excessive paint remaining in the center of the bottom of the groove, the groove shape was not maintained accurately, resulting in a collapsed shape, which had the disadvantage of impairing the appearance.

Measures to eliminate the above drawbacks include applying a sealer to the bottom of the groove before applying water-based groove paint, applying a high-solids paint such as colored hot melt resin, and applying a tape-like material to the bottom surface of the groove. Although pasting methods have been proposed, there are still problems with the uniformity of the painted surface, aesthetics, and workability.

The present invention is a technology developed as a result of repeated research to solve the various drawbacks mentioned above. After cutting a groove with a special groove bottom shape in the longitudinal direction on the surface of decorative plywood, highly filling material is applied to the groove. This is a method for processing grooves in decorative plywood, which maintains the groove shape accurately and has a beautiful groove-coated surface by applying a water-based groove paint containing the coating under heating.

That is, in the present invention, after forming a plurality of grooves in the longitudinal direction of a decorative plywood surface in which the cross-sectional shape of the groove bottom is not a straight line by cutting, a water-based groove paint containing 10 to 30% by weight of a filler is heated. This is a method for grooving decorative plywood, which is characterized by painting in a stained state.

The gutter paint used in the present invention is a water-based gutter paint that has been commonly used in the past, with 10 to 30% by weight of filler added. A fine powder such as , coconut flour or the like is suitable.

If the amount of filler added to the water-based paint is less than 10% by weight, the filling effect will not be sufficient and it will be impossible to obtain a smooth coated surface, and if it is added in excess of 30% by weight, heating will occur. However, since the viscosity becomes too high and coating becomes difficult, and the physical properties of the coating film also deteriorate, a range of 10 to 30% by weight is appropriate.

When applying the above-mentioned high-filling, high-viscosity paint into the grooves, first heat the paint to a temperature of 30 to 50℃ and apply it to the entire surface of the decorative plywood where the grooves have been formed using a sponge roll, and then use a coating wheel to coat the inside of the groove. Painting will be carried out.

The high viscosity paint is applied by a sponge roll so that it adheres well to the inner wall of the groove, and the interior of the groove is completely coated by a subsequent coating wheel. Next, the groove paint applied to the surface of the decorative plywood and the groove paint protruding from inside the grooves are removed using an iron wiping roll, and after drying by a conventional method, the intended decorative plywood is obtained. Regarding the heating temperature of the paint during painting, in the case of water-based groove paints that are commonly used in the past, when the temperature is below 50℃, the viscosity decreases as the heating temperature increases, but when it exceeds 50℃ It is used after being heated to a maximum temperature of 50℃ or less because the viscosity decreases slightly, and the heating temperature is
If it is below 30°C, the coating suitability will be significantly reduced and it will be difficult to coat the grooves with uniformity and smoothness.

In addition, the highly filler-containing high-viscosity paint of the present invention has good fluidity before painting, and in order to have a sealer effect, it can be coated with a water-based gutter paint that is commonly used in the past, resulting in a more beautiful painted surface. can be obtained.

As a conventional technique corresponding to the present invention, a synthetic resin adhesive is applied to the surface of a wooden board, and then a transparent or translucent synthetic resin sheet with wood grain printing and wood skin color printing on one side is applied to the printed surface. There is a wood-grained wooden board that is made by laminating the adhesive surface, forming conduit hole recesses on the surface, and painting colored paint only in the recesses, but in that case, it is embossed on a synthetic resin film. The process of forming grooves by cutting at intervals in the width direction of the decorative board as in the present invention does not exist at all, and by using a synthetic resin film. Therefore, the embossed recesses are completely smooth and beautiful, and there is no need to use colored paint containing fillers. Therefore, the groove shape of the cut part of the plywood exposed by the cutting process in the present invention is The technical problem of preparing a precise and beautiful groove coating surface by applying a water-based groove paint containing a specific filler by heating it to a specific temperature range does not exist.

In addition, in other conventional techniques, when the plywood core (or cored part) is exposed at the bottom of the groove, a water-based paint with low humidity is used because the groove is cut perpendicular to the running direction of the wood fibers. In this case, the paint flows and the unevenness that occurs on the surface of the groove bottom is not formed into a smooth painted surface even if painted (see Figure 1), and the surface of the decorative plywood is different from the part adjacent to the groove and the groove bottom. As a result of excessive paint being present in the groove corners (Fig. 2 A, B) formed by the groove side walls and the central part of the groove bottom (Fig. 2 C), the groove shape was not maintained accurately and collapsed. The drawback was that the shape of the product could easily spoil the appearance.

In contrast, in the present invention, the above-mentioned (A), (B), and (C)
By implementing the three constituent requirements, the objects and objects of the present invention were achieved. That is, after forming a plurality of semicircular (V-shaped) or V-shaped grooves by cutting, a filler selected from fine powders of wood flour, tangerine flour, stone flour, and coconut flour is applied as a water-based groove paint. By adding it to the groove and heating the paint during painting, the concentration of the groove paint is maintained at a high concentration and the viscosity is adjusted to a suitable level for painting, which sufficiently hides the horizontal joints of the plywood core exposed at the bottom of the groove, and also coats the groove. By preventing excessive adhesion of paint to the corners and the parts of the decorative plywood surface adjacent to the grooves, it has become possible to paint the grooves beautifully and accurately reproduce the groove shape.

As described above, the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of grooves are formed by cutting in the longitudinal direction of the decorative plywood surface, the cross-sectional shape of the groove bottom having a non-linear shape, and that the coating material for the grooves is heated to contain a high filler material. The synergistic effect of making it possible to apply high-viscosity paint sufficiently hides the horizontal joints of the plywood core that are exposed at the bottom of the groove, and prevents excessive adhesion of paint at the corners and center of the groove bottom, allowing for accurate groove shape. It is possible to perform beautiful groove painting while keeping the grooves clean, and there is no need to use 5-ply plywood instead of 3-ply plywood because of the plywood core exposed at the bottom of the groove, which contributes to cost reduction.

Comparative Example 2 The same groove processing as in Example 1 was performed except that coconut flour was used as the filler, but the resulting decorative plywood did not sufficiently cover the unevenness of the plywood core exposed on the groove bottom surface. Moreover, excessive paint adhered to the groove corners and the center portion of the groove bottom, making the groove shape inaccurate.
