効率でもつて製造することができる表面加工発泡
体チユーブの製造方法を提供することを目的とす

れた発泡体チユーブ1は自動的にガイド棒4に嵌
り、該ガイド棒4を通過する間にカツター5で下
側から開腹され、開復された発泡体チユーブ1は
ガイド棒4の形状ガイド部4aで漸次シート状に
拡げられて引取りロール7のロール面に載る。ガ
イド棒4の後端が引取りロール7のロール面の最
頂部近くまで達しているので、発泡シート1Aは
該ロール面の最頂部分に載る。この最頂部分にロ
ール面を向けてフイルム圧着用ロール8が配置さ
れている。また、この最頂部分よりほぼ90度隔て
た部分にロール面を向けてエンボス加工用ロール
9が配置されており、該ロール9と圧着用ロール
8との間に引取りロール7のロール面に向けて熱
放射するヒーター10が配設されている。

泡体シート1Aは発泡体チユーブ1を開腹したも
のであるから、架橋樹脂発泡体の持つ形状記憶効
果によるチユーブ形状えの復元力を受けつつガイ
ド管12に入る。ガイド管12に入つた発泡体シ
ート1Aは該ガイド管12を通過する間にそのガ
イド面のガイド作用と発泡体シート1Aの持つ上
記復元力とによつて第4図bに示す如く発泡体チ
ユーブ1の形状にほぼ復元する。ガイド管12を
通過した開復チユーブ状の発泡体1Bは合わせ目
部分を熱風ヒータ13で加熱溶融されてベルト型
筒成形装置14に導かれる。この筒成形装置14
の上ベルト15、下ベルト16は第3図に示す如
くそれぞれ半筒面に近い成形面を有しているの
で、開復チユーブ状発泡体1Cの加熱溶融された
上記合わせ目が相互に圧接し、筒成形装置14を
通過する間に融着する。

泡体チユーブの製造方法。
