の目的とするところは耐摩耗性に優れた文字、記
号等が施されたキーキヤツプ等の合成樹脂成型品
を容易な工程にて位置ずれ、見当ずれなく製造す
る方法を提供せんとすることにある。

ートを用いて、キーキヤツプ基材の表面に文字、
記号等のパターンを染色して形成する転写用パツ
ドを利用した転写印刷方法を発明することによ
り、耐摩耗性に優れた文字、記号付キーキヤツプ
を得ることに成功した(特願昭57−38333号)。こ
の方法は、基体シート上に、熱移行性染料を含有
するインキを用いて文字、記号等のパターン層を
形成してなる転写シートを、固定用治具によつて
固定された複数個のキーキヤツプ基材上に、前記
パターン層がキーキヤツプ基材の被転写面に接す
るように載置し、次に先端が曲面を呈する複数個
の弾性突起物を有する転写用パツドを用いて前記
転写シートの基体シート側から押圧して前記キー
キヤツプ基材の被転写面と前記パターン層とを密
着せしめ、その後前記キーキヤツプ基材の被転写
面と前記パターン層とを密着させたまま加熱処理
することにより前記パターン層内の熱移行染料を
熱移行させて前記キーキヤツプ基材の被転写面に
所望の文字、記号等のパターンを染色せしめ、し
かる後前記基体シートを除去することによりキー
キヤツプ基材表面に文字、記号等のパターンを染
色して形成する方法である。

状湾曲面に沿つて密着せしめられる為、局部的に
張力がかかり、その結果位置ずれ、見当ずれが生
じ、更に極端な場合には転写シートが破れパター
ン層を損なつたりするからである。

被転写面に接するように載置し、次に先端が曲面
を呈する複数個の弾性突起物を有する転写用パツ
ドを用いて前記転写シートの基体シート側から押
圧して前記合成樹脂成型品の被転写面と前記パタ
ーン層とを密着せしめ、そのままの状態で加熱処
理することにより前記パターン層内の熱移行染料
を熱移行させて前記合成樹脂成型品の被転写面に
所望の文字、記号等のパターンを形成せしめ、し
かる後前記基体シートを除去することよりなる文
字、記号付合成樹脂成型品の製造方法において、
少なくとも前記転写用パツドの転写シートへの押
圧により転写シートが変形する前に予め前記転写
シートのパターン層の間に穿孔を設けることを特
徴とする文字、記号付合成樹脂成型品の製造方法
である。

載置する前に予め別工程として、転写シート1に
穿孔6を設ける方法、等を考えることができる。

合成樹脂成型品の被転写面に所望の文字、記号等
のパターンを形成せしめ、しかる後前記基体シー
トを除去することよりなる文字、記号付合成樹脂
成型品の製造方法において、少なくとも前記転写
用パツドの転写シートへの押圧により転写シート
が変形する前に予め前記転写シートのパターン層
の間に穿孔を設けることを特徴とする文字、記号
付合成樹脂成型品の製造方法。
