第1図は本考案に係る多気筒ロータリピストン
エンジンのサイドハウジング構造の一例を、それ
が適用された2気筒ロータリピストンエンジンと
ともに示す断面図、第2図は第1図の―線に
従う断面図、第3図は従来のロータリピストンエ
ンジンの要部を示す断面図である。
図中、10はエンジン本体、14及び16はサ
イドハウジング、15は中間ハウジング、17は
フロント側ロータ、18はリヤ側ロータ、20は
偏心軸、21は主偏心軸部材、22は副偏心軸部
材、24は固定ギヤ、25は内歯ギヤ、31〜3
3は軸受部、51は冷却水通路、52はオイル通
路、55はオイルパン、58はブローバイガス通
路、60はオイルリターン通路、61及び62は
流出口である。

設けられた筒状の副偏心軸部材から成る偏心軸に
おける一端部を支持する第1の軸受部が設けられ
た、上記第1のハウジング内部空間の側端部を形
成する第1のサイドハウジングと、上記偏心軸に
おける他端側を支持する第2の軸受部が設けられ
た、上記第2のハウジング内部空間の側端部を形
成する第2のサイドハウジングと、上記偏心軸に
おける上記テーパ孔形成部を支持する第3の軸受
部が設けられた、上記第1のハウジング内部空間
と上記第2のハウジング内部空間とを仕切る中間
ハウジングとを備え、上記中間ハウジングの内部
に、上記第3の軸受部に通じるオイル通路、上記
中間ハウジングの下方に配設されたオイルパンと
上記中間ハウジングの上部に設けられた導出口と
を連通させるブローバイガス通路、及び、上記第
3の軸受部を包囲し、上記ブローバイガス通路に
通じるとともに、上記中間ハウジングの上記第3
の軸受部の両側における下端部に夫々形成された
第1及び第2の流出口を介して上記オイルパンに
通じるオイルリターン通路が設けられたことを特
徴とする多気筒ロータリピストンエンジンのサイ
