(C) 次に上記調材した積層フリツチの表面を剥削
して第一次化粧単板を得る第一次剥削工程
(D) 上記の第一次化粧単板をすべて第一次積層と
は逆の順序で積層するか、不良単板を含む第一
次化粧単板のみを上、下逆の順序で積層する第
二次積層工程
(E) 次に(B)の工程を繰り返す第二次調材工程
(F) 次に(C)の工程を繰り返す第二次剥削工程
以上の工程、場合によりさらにこれを反復する

原料単板を含む第二次化粧単板が第一次化粧単板
の積層順序を変えることによつてほとんど発生し
ない様に出来るから最終商品である第二次化粧単
板の歩留りが非常に向上するなどの効果を有す

の板目柄をフリツチ面に現出させた後、その面を
