Description
〔技術分野〕
本発明は平板屋根材、外壁材などとして用いら
れる石綿セメント板の製造方法に関する。
〔背景技術〕
従来、石綿セメント板の製造方法は石綿、セメ
ント、骨材などを水で混練せしめてスラリー状と
なし、このスラリーをハチエツク式の抄造機にて
グリーンシートを成形しこのグリーンシートをキ
ヤリア板に載置せしめた乾燥状態のフエルト上に
移載せしめて、しかる後、プレス成型機で脱水し
てさらに乾燥させて石綿セメント板を得のが一般
的であつた。しかしながら、四季の変化時に夏場
においてセメントの凝結速度が温度が高くなるた
め速くなり養生中に乾燥気味になりやすいという
傾向があつた。そこで充分な水分を補充されない
まま硬化が促進されるために硬化後のセメント硬
化体の強度が落ちてしまうという欠点があつた。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明は上述した背景技術に鑑みてなされたも
ので、キヤリア板上のフエルトを脱水前に飽水状
態として特に夏場の水分不足による強度劣化を防
止することにある。
〔発明の開示〕
以下、本発明の一実施例に係る図面に基づいて
説明する。
石綿、セメント、骨材等を水で混練せしめてス
ラリー状となし、このスラリーをハチエツク式の
抄造機1にてグリーンシート2を成形しこのグリ
ーンシート2をコンベア上3を走向するキヤリア
板4に載置せしめたフエルト5上に移載せしめ、
しかる後プレス成型機6で脱水しその後養生乾燥
して石綿セメント板7を得るようにしている。こ
のとき、キヤリア板4上のフエルト5には水8を
スプレー等で均一に散布し飽水状態にしている。
したがつて、プレス成型機6でキヤリア板4上
の飽水状態のフエルト5に載置されているグリー
ンシート2が脱水成型される。そのために得られ
たグリーンシート2は高含水率となり夏場におい
ても水分不足とはならないものである。尚、ここ
で、グリーンシート2上からも水分を散布するよ
うにしてフエルト5との二段の水散布方式を採用
しても良い。
〔実施例〕
キヤリア板上のフエルトを飽水状態にしてプレ
ス成型して脱水乾燥して巾300mm、長さ600mm、厚
さ5.5mmの石綿セメント板を得た。このときの強
度指数を夏場と冬場のフエルトに飽水したものと
しないものとを下表に示す。

Therefore, the obtained green sheet 2 has a high water content and does not suffer from water shortage even in summer. Incidentally, here, a two-stage water spraying method may be adopted in which water is also sprayed from above the green sheet 2 and the felt 5 is used. 以上のように、本発明はキヤリア板上のフエル
トを飽水状態にして脱水プレス後乾燥硬化させて
いるので夏場でも水分不足となることもないので
強度劣化させることもない。又、夏場、冬場のよ
うに年間を通じて本発明法を用いても強度的には
何ら問題はないものである。又、平板よりも波型
板を成型すると成型時のクラツクも副次的に防止
することができる。
