【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明はハイビスカスの生葉の水浸出液を主成
分としたヘヤーリンス様毛髪化粧料に関するもの
である。

毛髪化粧料特にヘヤーリンスはシヤンプーによ
つて髪から油分が除かれ、それに伴つて水分も減
少することによつて毛髪がパサパサになることを
防止し、更に光沢を取り戻すために使用される化
粧料である。この種の化粧料としては従来陽イオ
ンおよび陰イオン界面活性剤を加えたものが用い
られていた。この液剤を毛髪に適用することによ
つて、界面活性剤が髪の表面に吸着して被覆し、
その吸湿性によつて、また光沢を与えて毛髪の保
護を与えている。

更にこれらのヘヤーリンスに天然物からの油出
物例えばヒアルロン酸、コンドロイチン硫酸、ム
コイチン酸、カロニン酸などの酸性ムコ多糖類、
可溶性コラーゲンなどをこれに配合したものもあ
る 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 上記公知のヘヤーリンスにおいては、界面活性
剤が主成分であるため、過度の使用、その他使用
上に注意を払わなければならなかつた。また、天
然物からの抽出物はその抽出操作に多くの労力、
費用が必要であり、またその配合においても種々
の制約があつた。

コイチン酸、カロニン酸などの酸性ムコ多糖類、
可溶性コラーゲンなどをこれに配合したものもあ

本発明者は上記の難点を解決し、更に効果の優
れた毛髪化粧料、特にヘヤーリンスを得る目的で
研究を重ねた結果、ハイビスカスの生葉を粉砕し
水で浸出した粘稠液が毛髪に対する湿潤性、艶を
増強することを見いだして本発明を完成した。

本発明の成分に用いるハイビスカスの生葉の水
浸出液は、ハイビスカス、一名ブツソウゲと称す
るアオイ科の温熱帯性常緑植物の葉を粉砕し、こ
れに水を加えて撹拌するか、又は水中で粉砕する
ことによつて得られた粘稠液である。この液に卵
の白味を泡立たせた後投入し、蒸煮を行うことで
繊維物その他夾雑物を適当な濾過処理、例えば３
ミクロン程度のフイルターを用いて除き、本発明
の化粧料として用いる。

が粘着性の成分ムコプロテイン、グルコシド等を
含んでいる。

本発明の化粧料にするには、上記の如くして得
られたハイビスカスの浸出液に湿潤剤、甘味剤、
柔難剤等の助剤例えばグリセリン等、防腐剤例え
ば安息香酸ナトリウム等を適宜添加し、この液を

安定した純度の高いヘヤーリンスを得る。

製造例
ハイビスカスの生葉100ｇを粉砕ミキサーに入
れ、これに1000mlの蒸溜水を加え、２〜３分粉砕
し、得られた粘稠液1100ｇを蒸煮後、常温に戻し

1000ｇを得る。

実施例
ハイビスカスの生葉蒸煮水浸出液1000ｇにグリ
セリン３ｇ、安息香酸ナトリウム0.1％を加え、
更に煮沸後常温に戻し、植物性の香料を加えてヘ
ヤーリンスとする。
