ル面には前記周辺エッジに接近するほど低く傾斜し、か
つ鯵の固い鱗部分の幅よりも広く、鯵の魚幅よりも狭い
鱗案内溝が形成してあり、この鱗案内溝の搬出端は前記
周辺エッジ部に達し、且つ前記テーブル面を構成してい
る天板を下方に貫通した鱗排出口としてあり、前記回転
円盤カッターの上側にはこれに極接近した扁平な魚送り
出し案内部材が前記テーブル乃至これと不動の部材に装
備してあることを特徴とする鯵の鱗切除装置。 2)前記回転円盤カッターは一枚のカッターであること
を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の鯵の鱗切除装
置。 3)前記回転円盤カッターは二枚のカッターであり、そ

に向けて、前記一対の魚送り込み案内部材及び鱗案内溝
が設けてあることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記
載の鯵の鱗切除装置。4)前記一対の魚送り込み案内部
材はその間隔が広狭変更固定自在に前記テーブル面に装
備してあることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第2項また
は第3項記載の鯵の鱗切除装置。5)前記魚送り出し案
内部材は前記魚送り込み方向に進退変更固定自在に前記
テーブル面乃至これと不動の部材に装備してあることを
特許請求の範囲第2項または第3項記載の鯵の鱗切除装
