直状に2個対向して同一方向に設けられている軸
支持部11の軸孔12に近接してレバー保持部1
3が設けられており、保持板1の軸支持部11に
貫通して穿設された軸孔12に回転自在に両端を
挿通され捩りコイルバネ5とストツパー6とを有
する軸4の両端に、概ね馬蹄形状に曲げられた帯
状体の両端の直線部分に軸固定孔22が穿設され
曲線部分の一方の側縁に先端が尖つている全方向
兼用の滑り止め用爪21を設けられている滑り止
め部2の軸固定孔22が固定されており、保持板
1に設けられたレバー保持部13に挿通されたレ
バー3に形成された係合溝35に捩りコイルバネ
5の一端5aを係合せしめられており、レバー3
に固定されている軸止片33に前記軸4に設けら
れているストツパー6を引つ掛けて前記滑り止め
部2を保持板1に固定させておき、前記レバー3
を押すことによりストツパー6をレバー3の軸止
片33との引つ掛けから外ずすと捩りコイルバネ
5の捩り力によつて前記滑り止め部2が軸4を支
点として180度回転して爪21が路面に対向する
