(Prior art) In general, when living tissues become inactive due to poor blood circulation or autonomic nervous disorders, physical conditions may not be good or so-called stiffness may appear in some areas due to accumulation of accumulated fatigue. There are things to do, but
In such cases, conventional methods have been to improve blood circulation by taking a bath, and to relieve stiffness with physical therapy such as acupuncture and acupressure. These techniques attempt to activate the tissue by applying some kind of stimulus to the surface of the living tissue. By the way, the effects of such stimulation vary depending on the nature and strength of the stimulation, as well as the constitution and location of the body receiving the stimulation, and it is important for the body to effectively accept the stimulation and contribute to the enhancement of its functions. On the other hand, in some cases, the inhibitory effect on the function may be eliminated. In other words, in the case of moderately weak stimulation below a certain level that matches the characteristics of the organism being stimulated, functions are enhanced and tissues are effectively activated, but strong stimulation above a certain level It is known that when given, it causes a suppressive effect on biological functions, even if only temporarily, and even after that, there is no choice but to leave some disturbance in the autonomic nervous system, etc.
Therefore, the stimulus given for bioactivation needs to be of appropriate strength and of a nature that can be sufficiently absorbed by the receiving organism.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional bathing described above, stimulation is performed throughout the whole body at the same time and at a constant temperature, and in normal cases, the stimulation suddenly reaches a high temperature stage that is different from the body temperature. Because the whole body is affected, some people may feel the stimulation is too strong depending on their physical condition, such as people with frail constitutions or the elderly, and it can also leave an imbalance in the autonomic nervous system. On the other hand, in the case of acupuncture, strong stimulation is given, albeit locally, and this tendency is particularly noticeable in the case of moxibustion, where the temperature exceeds the burn temperature, and some people prefer it as excessive stimulation. In addition to the problem of producing undesirable results, there was also the problem of requiring manual labor in this case.

(Function) When the injection port is directed toward a desired location and the injection operation is started, moderately low-temperature hot water is injected for a predetermined period of time, and then hot water made slightly hot by mixing high-temperature water with the low-temperature water is injected for a predetermined period of time. Furthermore, after a predetermined period of time, the injected hot water changes to a slightly higher temperature and this hot water starts to be injected, and if the hot water is held as it is thereafter, even higher temperature hot water comes to be injected in the same way. The hot water whose temperature has been raised stepwise in this manner is injected at predetermined time intervals, and is repeatedly injected as one cycle.

The low-temperature water is supplied at a temperature of approximately 20 to 35°C through an appropriate device, and the high-temperature water is supplied at a temperature of approximately 47°C. These temperature conditions are examples of preferable temperature conditions for the human body when the present device is used as a shower, so other temperature conditions may be selected depending on the climate and other environments.

Both valves 2 and 3 are controlled to open and close by a timer (not shown), etc., and a mixing valve 4
is a state in which water flow to valves 2 and 3 is shut off at the same time,
One or more stages (two stages in the figure) in which the mixing amount is sequentially varied from low temperature to high temperature while both hot water is flowing through, and several stages in which only high temperature water is flowing in conjunction with the above timer. After each valve switching operation (in four stages in the figure), the above circulation is repeated again. Switching between each stage is preferably performed instantaneously, and a configuration in which a rotary valve is controlled over time is preferred.

When setting the temperature range from low to high temperature and the state of its change, there is no uniformity because the sensitivity of living organisms to hot water stimulation differs depending on the age and gender, healthy and sick people, differences in physical strength, etc. Although it is not possible to set the minimum and maximum temperature ranges, the minimum and maximum temperature ranges are set between approximately 20°C and approximately 50°C, which is the temperature at which the living body feels comfortable. If it is below 20°C, it is too cold, which is rather undesirable, and if it is above 50°C, it is too hot, and both will result in discomfort or rejection.

Further, the range of temperature difference between the lowest and highest temperatures is set between a minimum of about 5°C and a maximum of about 3°C. This difference is 5℃
If the temperature is lower than 30°C, the stimulation will not be increased and the desired stimulation effect will not be obtained, and if it is higher than 30°C, the stimulation effect will be too large. Furthermore, the required time interval in the step change in temperature from the cold state to the hot state is
The duration should be approximately 10 seconds to 2 minutes. If the duration is less than 10 seconds, there is no time to feel the temperature change, and biological functions will not be able to sufficiently follow the stimulus, and if it is longer than about 2 minutes, the sensation will become slow and will no longer be accepted as a stimulus. The injection water pressure shall be approximately 1.5Kg/ cm3 .

The injection port connected to and attached to the water outlet M may be a single-hole nozzle or may be a multi-hole shower port. A single hole allows for concentrated stimulation of one area, while a shower opening allows for stimulation of a relatively wide area at the same time.

First, when starting the injection operation, as an initial stage,
Appropriately, use a timer or the like to open only valve 1 and leave the other valves 2 and 3 closed as shown in Figure 1 A, or open valves 1 and 2 and close valve 3 using mixing valve 4. leave it in a state. At this time, only low-temperature water will flow from the supply port L through valve 1 (or valves 1 and 2) to the water outlet M, and low-temperature water at a preset minimum temperature, for example, 35°C, will be injected. Become. This initial injection temperature is
It is best to set the temperature to a level slightly lower than the body temperature of the person who normally uses it, but if you are a person with a weak constitution or an elderly person who is easily irritated even at low temperatures, it is better to set the temperature to a level lower than the above temperature. . However, even in that case, the temperature should be kept at about 20°C or higher, and subsequent temperature changes should be made accordingly. As a result, the area receiving the injection receives the weakest stimulation, including the injection pressure, and enters the preparation stage, allowing it to comfortably and fully absorb the stimulation in its initial state.

Next, after continuing the above initial stage for about 15 seconds, the above-mentioned timer starts the above-mentioned valve 1 as shown in Fig. 1B.
By closing the valve and simultaneously opening valves 2 and 3 and rotating the mixing valve 4 by a certain angle, as a second step, high temperature water is mixed with low temperature water at a small ratio, and the temperature rises by about 4 degrees Celsius, for example. Hot water is sprayed. This state is the initial stage a and the second stage b of the injection hot water temperature 8 in the time chart of Figure 2.

After the second stage lasts for about 12 seconds due to the above-mentioned timer, the mixing valve 4 rotates further as shown in Figure 1 (c) to increase the mixing ratio of high temperature water, and the third stage has risen by about 4°C from the second stage. Moving to stage c, hot water is injected.

In the same way, after about 12 seconds, as shown in Figure 1 D, by rotating the mixing valve 4 to open only the high temperature water side, only the high temperature water of about 47℃, which is further increased by about 4℃, will be transferred to the fourth stage d. It is sprayed for about 12 seconds.

Therefore, in areas where hot water is sprayed for a certain period of time in stages from the initial stage to the fourth stage, the stimulation that increases each time the temperature is increased takes a certain period of time at each stage to ensure that the tissue sufficiently adapts. It can be absorbed without difficulty, and it can be accepted as a pleasant stimulus without showing any rejection reaction, and in the state of accepting the relatively high-temperature hot water jet at the final stage, the function is further promoted, blood circulation is increased, The balance of the autonomic nervous system is also maintained at a critical level, and in particular, the function of the parasympathetic nervous system is normalized, and the body's tissues are further activated. Acupressure-like effects also act synergistically on the area receiving the injection due to the action of the injection pressure. This makes it extremely effective in recovering from fatigue throughout the body and eliminating local stiffness.

If the injection operation continues after the injection of the highest temperature water, each control system will return to the initial stage after the highest temperature water has been injected for about 12 seconds, and the above actions will be repeated, so after returning to the initial stage, If the injection port is moved to another different location during the injection phase, the above function will be performed again at that location.

In addition, components such as radium ore and mineral stones can be eluted in advance in the above-mentioned high and low temperature water, and this can be injected, or natural salt can be added to the moxa extract excluding the santonin component to form an aqueous solution with a concentration of about 0.9%. A better synergistic effect can be obtained by using circulating injection.

(Effect of the invention) According to the present invention, for example, about 35°C to 47°C,
It is capable of automatically repeating this by ejecting hot water for a predetermined period of time while increasing the temperature step by step from low temperature water to high temperature water within a certain temperature difference,
According to this, by applying the hot water bath to a living body as a physical therapy, the temperature of the area receiving the injection is given in stages at appropriate time intervals, and the temperature changes at each stage. Since it is possible to move on to the next step after a sufficient response has been achieved, it becomes possible to continuously apply natural and extremely pleasant stimulation to the relevant area.
