According to this dust collection device, the flow velocity rapidly decreases and becomes turbulent in the part directly below the main body suction port 8 of the front chamber 17, and since the spray nozzle 19 is arranged in this part, fine particles are removed from the spray nozzle 19. The sprayed liquid gets caught up in the turbulent flow, and this liquid mixes with the inflowing dust such as fume, making it possible to attach the liquid to a large amount of dust, and also to attach the liquid to the surface of quite fine dust. In addition, the cooling performance of welding spatter contained in the fume etc. can be improved. In addition, since the spray nozzle 19 is arranged in the middle part directly below the main body suction port 8 of the front chamber 17 and directly above the long fiber filter 7, the liquid sprayed in fine particles from the spray nozzle 19 is not engulfed in turbulent flow. The liquid that has diffused into the front chamber 17 and has not adhered to the surface of the dust can be dripped onto the long fiber filter 7 to reliably wet the entire long fiber filter 7. In this way, the fact that the liquid was able to adhere to a large amount of dust and quite fine dust, and that the entire long fiber filter 7 was able to be wetted, combined to improve the collection performance of the long fiber filter 7 section. The self-cleaning effect can be greatly improved, and since the long fiber filter 7 is sufficiently wet, the cooling performance of welding spatter is further improved, and the long fiber filter 7 can be prevented from being burnt out. This point can be achieved with a simple configuration of providing one spray nozzle 19. Furthermore, by providing the bag filter 15 in the rear chamber 18, ultrafine dust that has passed through the front chamber 17 can be collected by the bag filter 15, and the connecting pipe 10 and pump 11 are connected to the spray nozzle 19. Since it is connected to the liquid 12 at the inner bottom of the outer frame 5 of the main body through the liquid, continuous spraying is possible.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 and 2. Inside the main body outer frame 5, a front chamber 17 and a rear chamber 1 are separated by a partition plate 16 so as to communicate at the bottom.
It is divided into 8. A small diameter main body suction port 8 is provided on the upper surface of the front chamber 17. In the center of the front chamber 17, a long fiber filter 7 made of a large number of yarns is provided hanging down. A spray nozzle 19 is disposed at an intermediate portion directly below the main body suction port 8 and directly above the long fiber filter 7. A main body discharge port 9 is provided on the upper surface of the rear chamber 18. A bag filter 15 and an electric blower 6 are arranged in the rear chamber 18. The bottom of the main body outer frame 5 serves as a storage portion for the liquid 12. The spray nozzle 19 is connected to the connecting pipe 10
and is connected to a storage portion for liquid 12 via pump 11 . A duct 4 having a hood 3 is connected to the main body suction port 8 . A welding base material 1 and a welding rod 2 are placed directly under the hood 3 and welded. This welding generates dust such as fume. Note that the long fiber filter 7 is attached to a wire mesh 13.

When the electric blower 6 is operated, the air containing dust such as fume is removed as shown by the arrow in the figure.
The flow is sucked from the hood 3 through the duct 4 into the front chamber 17 through the suction port 8 of the main body, the velocity of which rapidly decreases and becomes turbulent, and after being sprayed through the spray nozzle 19 section, the long fiber filter 17 section Dust 1
4 is collected, reversed below the partition plate 16, and reaches the bag filter 15, where further dust is collected and sucked into the electric blower 6, and further into the main body discharge port 1.
8. Cleaner air is discharged.
