本発明は、例えば石油堀削用ドリルパイプ等の
端部のアツプセツト工程にて棒状物外面に発生す
る側バリを刃物と該刃物の近傍に配設したならい
装置にて、棒状物表面をならいながら切削除去す

リ除去の手段として刃物を使用し、また自動的に
高品質でしかも高処理能力の装置が強く要望され

長手軸心に沿つて移動する移動台16を設け該移
動台16に棒状物1の周面へ向け開閉する開閉レ
バー22を配設し、該開閉レバー22の先端部に
支持部材を介し回転可能に駆動軸4を取りつけ該
駆動軸4先端部に、刃物2と、レバー付小径偏心
ボス9、大径偏心ボス10、ならいローラ3およ
びガイドボス15とで構成したならい装置を配設
し前記レバー付小径偏心ボス9のレバーと駆動装
置を連設してなることを特徴とする棒状物表面の

3の相対関係を調整しつつ、棒状物の側バリを切

刃物にはならない装置を配設しているため棒状物
の小径部から大径部へかけての円すい形状部分の
切削さらには、小径から大径の多種寸法にわたる
棒状物の側バリの除去を容易とする優れた機能を

設すると共に、開閉レバー22の開閉中心をセン
ターとしピツチ円を有しかつ移動台16に固定し
たセクターギヤー17に、支持部材19上のブラ
ケツト12に支持されたレバー付ピニオン18の
ピニオンを噛み合わせ前記レバー付小径偏心ボス
9のレバー端とレバー付ピニオン18のレバー端
をピン20にて連結棒21を介して接続したこと
