The present invention relates to a paint composition that provides a multicolored finish using a single paint. Conventionally, there are many types of painting methods and paints for obtaining multicolored patterns for the interior and exterior of buildings. For example, there are paints that have oil-based paints dispersed in water-based paints, or, conversely, paints that have water-based paints dispersed in oil-based paints, but the former requires the use of multiple colors of paint, while the latter The drawback was that it did not give a nice finish. The invention consists in using a single paint to obtain a multicolored pattern. Then, the color tone is changed by changing the coating equipment and method, and the entire surface is coated with air spray or airless spray as the first coat of the cast-like film composition, and as the second coat. By partially painting the tops of the convex parts with a roller or brush, the aim is to achieve a harmonious finish in calm colors with a three-dimensional effect. The structure of this study to achieve this purpose is as follows:
First of all, it must contain a colloid-free synthetic resin emulsion, methylcellulose, methylhydroxyethylcellulose, methylhydroxypropoxycellulose, an anionic activator as a dispersant, and a pigment including carbon black dispersed with an anionic activator as a pigment. When the paint is used as a finishing paint on a cast film composition, the first coat is applied over the entire surface with air spray or airless spray, and the second coat is applied to the convex parts with a roller or brush. The gist is to form a multicolored three-dimensional paint film with a single paint by partially painting the top. First, the paint used in the present invention will be explained in detail. The colloid-free emulsion referred to in the present invention is an emulsion polymerized by emulsion polymerization using an activator charged with an anion or a weak anion, and its composition includes acrylic ester, methacrylic ester, styrene, ethylene, vinyl acetate, versatility, etc. Acid vinyl, vinyl chloride, etc.
A homopolymer thereof, or a copolymer of two or more types thereof,
Or it refers to a mixture of two or more types. The thickener used in the present invention is preferably one that aggregates carbon black, such as methylcellulose, methylhydroxyethylcellulose, or methylhydroxypropoxycellulose. Further, as a dispersant, anionic activators, especially polycarboxylic acid-based anionic activators, are preferable. Furthermore, the pigment used always includes a pigment containing carbon black dispersed with an anionic surfactant, and inorganic pigments such as Fe 2 O 3 and Fe 3 O 4 are also included.
Organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green may or may not be included. In addition, as compounding materials that are included in general water-dispersed paint compositions, fillers such as clay, calcium carbonate, diatomaceous earth, and talc, and white pigments such as titanium oxide and zinc white, other than the essential conditions. dispersants, wetting agents, surfactants such as antifoaming agents, film-forming aids,
Examples include freeze stabilizers, organic solvents such as plasticizers, preservatives, antifungal agents, and the like. Further, the method for manufacturing the paint can be carried out in the same manner as the method for manufacturing general water-dispersed paints. When the coating method of the present invention is used as a finishing paint for a cast coating composition, a multicolored finish is obtained. This is because the pigment, which includes a colloid-free synthetic resin emulsion, dispersant, and carbon black, is anionic, and due to the effect of negative ions, the carbon black, which has a small specific gravity, lightly aggregates in the thickener used in the paint. This method takes advantage of the hue change that occurs because the degree of loosening of agglomerates varies depending on the coating method. Now, the paints according to the examples of the present invention were sequentially charged into a production kettle according to the following formulation 1 and produced using a high-speed mill. The formulation is shown in Table 1 below. All compounding ratios are expressed in "parts by weight." In addition, as comparative examples, formulations 2 to 4 were also produced in the same manner as in the examples.

合のロスを少なくすることもできる。[Table] Among the above compounded materials, dispersant A is an anionic activator and a polycarboxylic acid-based anionic activator. Dispersant B, on the other hand, is another type of anionic activator. Further, thickener A is methylcellulose, and thickener B is hydroxyethylcellulose, which is outside the scope of the present invention. Synthetic resin emulsion A is a synthetic resin emulsion using an anionic activator, and synthetic resin emulsion B
is a synthetic resin emulsion using a nonionic activator. Furthermore, the black pigment is a pigment containing carbon black dispersed with an anionic activator. Paint 1 according to formulation 1, paint 2 according to formulation 2, paint 3 according to formulation 3, formulated in this way,
Apply the first coat of paint 4 based on formulation 4 on top of the cast-like film composition, with 10 parts by weight of water added for spray coating and 5 parts of water added for roller (wool roller medium wool) coating. The first coat was spray painted, and the second coat was a roller coat, and only the top of the convex part was painted. And as a result of the application of these paints,
The degree of difference in the appearance of each color was as follows: Items painted with paint 1 > Items painted with paint 2 ≧ Items painted with paint 3 > Items painted with paint 4. For items coated with paint 4, painting equipment,
There was almost no difference in color expression depending on the method, and paints 2 and 3 did not go so far as to change the color tone to a slightly different extent, making it possible for the first time with paint 1 to produce a multicolored pattern finish using a single material. In this way, by using a single paint, it is possible to obtain a finish with a calm color tone that is full of three-dimensionality, and there is no need to prepare many types of paint to obtain a multicolored pattern finish. It is also possible to reduce loss during use.
