ある。 In the case of the above method, it is necessary to dig a pit in the floor surface in order to construct a ventilated floor surface, and it is necessary to construct a special structure of the building in order to install the spraying device on the ceiling. Therefore, there is a problem that a large amount of construction cost and construction period is required, and the installation location of the device is fixed and cannot be moved.

It is supposed to be supplied from the receiving end which is the rear end of the air permeable conveyor.

By the way, according to the conventional device, when the fresh leaves have been received, for example, about half into the air-permeable conveyor, the fresh leaves have not yet reached the delivery end of the conveyor, so it is impossible to feed the fresh leaves to the processing line. It is possible, therefore, that the feeding of green leaves to the processing line will only begin after the green leaves on said conveyor have reached their delivery end.

は重大である。 Due to the above-mentioned circumstances, it usually takes about 5 to 6 hours to start supplying fresh leaves to the processing line, depending on the collection situation of fresh leaves, and this time depends on the length and storage capacity of the conveyor mentioned above. There is a problem that the larger the size, the longer it becomes. The above-mentioned problem is serious because tea manufacturing is a seasonal industry, and tea factories, where work is concentrated at one time, want to start processing work as soon as possible.

のである。 In addition, once the feeding of fresh leaves to the processing line begins, the receiving speed is generally 4 to 5 times the sending speed, so the speed of the permeable conveyor during sending out and the speed when receiving fresh leaves are Because of the difference in speed as mentioned above, there is a problem that fresh leaves cannot be received onto the aerated conveyor until the sending operation is completely completed. Even if fresh leaves are received in small quantities in accordance with the delivery speed, as shown in FIG. Therefore, there is a problem that not only the efficiency of storing fresh leaves on the conveyor becomes extremely poor, but also the processing efficiency of the entire tea factory may be extremely reduced.

The automatic storage device for green tea leaves according to the present invention is configured such that the storage floor surface for the green tea leaves is composed of an air permeable endless transportation belt, and ventilation is provided from the lower surface of the belt, so that the green tea leaves can be stored in cold air while being processed on the processing line. The green tea leaves stored according to the amount are transported to the cutting line by a cutting device. A scattering conveyor to which green tea leaves are supplied from a feeding device is provided at the upper part of the above-mentioned storage device, and since the scattering conveyor is configured to be movable back and forth and left and right, the green tea leaves fed from the feeding device are It is possible to uniformly spread green tea leaves over the entire width and length of the storage device via the spreading conveyor.

has approximately half the length of the endless transport belt 1, and since the input conveyor 15 is disposed approximately at the center of the rail 12 in the length direction, the dispersion conveyor 14 moves to the above-mentioned delivery end. At this time, the feeding conveyor 15 is located at the other end of the spreading conveyor 14, and the spreading conveyor 14 is run and rotated in the direction of the sending end, and the green tea leaves 22, 22, 22 are transferred from the feeding conveyor 15 onto the spreading conveyor 14. , ... is supplied and dispersed. By reciprocating the rail 12 on which the dispersing conveyor 14 is disposed in the wide direction (left and right direction), the material is uniformly scattered and accommodated in the width direction of the storage floor 1'.

ることが可能となるものである。 When the height of the green tea leaves 22, 22, 22, ... gradually increases and the level sensor 16 confirms that the height has reached the specified height, the scattering conveyor 14 The tea leaves are retreated a certain distance until they are not detected, and then the green tea leaves are repeatedly scattered by moving back and forth in the left and right directions as described above. They are sequentially scattered and stored at a predetermined height toward the rear. Therefore, even if there are no green tea leaves on the storage floor 1' and it is empty,
It is possible to start supplying tea leaves from the delivery end of the air permeable endless transport belt 1 to the processing line in an extremely short period of time, and it becomes possible to significantly improve the utilization efficiency of the green tea leaves to the storage device.

A moving rail of the spreading conveyor is mounted via wheels on a plurality of gate frames supporting the left and right side walls of the conveyor-type storage device, and the moving rail and the spreading conveyor thereon are moved left and right in the wide direction of the storage device. 2. The automatic green tea leaf storage device according to claim 1, further comprising a scattering conveyor that moves back and forth on the moving rail in the longitudinal direction of the storage device. 3. A moving rail of a scattering conveyor is suspended via wheels from a plurality of gate frames supporting the left and right side walls of the conveyor-type storage device, and the rail and the scattering conveyor above the rail are moved left and right in the wide direction of the storage device. The green tea leaf storage device according to claim 1, wherein the scattering conveyor is moved back and forth in the longitudinal direction of the storage device on a moving rail. 4. A remote sensing type level sensor is attached to the tip of the dispersion conveyor, and the dispersion position of the dispersion conveyor in the longitudinal direction of the accommodation device is automatically adjusted while sensing the accumulation state of tea leaves. An automatic storage device for green tea leaves according to claim 1.
