本発明はパイプ、丸棒等の曲がり矯正と磨きを
目的とする丸棒矯正機のアンビルチツプ(ガイド
バー)の着脱、交換容易な固定装置に関するもの

るという問題点があつた。またアンビルチツプを
簡単に且つ迅速に着脱できる適当な装置がなかつ
た。

と支持板4に連結したピストン20とシリンダ中
央に装着した軸杆23の上部を支持板4及びアン
ビルチツプ17の切欠き18を通じその上端にナ
ツト24を螺着し、圧油の送入による油圧シリン
ダ19、軸杆23、ナツト24の圧下によりアン
ビルチツプ17を支持板4上に圧着固定する締付
金具25を装備してアンビルチツプ17をクラン
プするようにしたことを特徴とするアンビルクラ

時に簡単且つ容易に取り付け、取り外しができ、
しかも油圧によつて常時アンビルチツプが支持板
上に挟持圧着され固定されるているので、丸棒矯
正時の振動、戻り(緩み)を抑えることができ、
又被矯正材の黒皮除去及び磨きに伴う摩耗により
交換頻度が激しいアンビルチツプ(ガイドバー)
の取り替え作業の簡易化、速度アツプが図れ、従
来の如く多数の取付ボルトの締付け、取り外しを
要する煩わしい作業を簡単な構成によつて解消し
得る等の効果がある。また、この固定装置はクロ
ス配置の矯正ロールの狭い場所に邪魔になること
