イ 産業上の利用分野
この発明は樹脂(プラスチツク)製のチユーブ
をドラムに巻き取るための連続自動巻取機の改良

側壁とドラム駆動用の駆動板4との間に固定して
巻き取る方法が取られている。この場合チユーブ
はドラムの鍔を乗り越えて胴に落ちて巻き取られ
るため、その斜めの部分のチユーブが巻取張力に
より潰れる現象があり又ドラムの側壁とこすれて

動作させて該A端を掴み、次いでチヤツク引き出
し用シリンダー6(以下A−シリンダーという)
によつてチヤツク8を図面の実線の位置まで引き
出し、チユーブのA端を孔から引き出してドラム
側壁1或いはドラム駆動板4に固定して巻き取る

着する第5図の方法では側壁に沿つたチユーブ部
分が巻取張力によつて潰れて閉塞するし、ドラム
の側壁からチユーブのA端をチヤツクで引き出す
第7図の方法では同図のようにチユーブ取り出し
孔5の縁でチユーブが折れ曲がつて、その状態の
まま巻き取られるチユーブによつて押しつけら
れ、屈曲部で閉塞する問題点がある。閉塞する問

本発明においては第6図に示すチユーブ取り出
し孔5をもうけたドラムを使用する。第1図に示
すように、同図bの場所でチユーブが巻き取られ
るが、チユーブを巻き取つたドラム1が満杯にな
ると同図cの場所に移動させる。次に巻き取りを
開始するための空ドラム1をaの場所でチユーブ
取り出し孔5が所定の位置になるように角度を固
定する。このためには光電管を用いて孔の位置を
決定すると良い。この位置を保持しながら空ドラ
ム1をbの場所に移動する。チユーブ処理装置か
らのチユーブ2は満杯ドラムの移動により第1図
の一点鎖線のように移動するが、先端に切断及び
チヤツク部10をもうけたレバー9がチユーブ2
を掴んで切断する。レバー9は図面の点線の位置
に回転してチユーブ2のA端を空ドラム1のチユ

ー6とチヤツク8を把持、開放操作するB−シリ
ンダー7を有するチユーブA端取り出し装置がも
うけられ、該装置は支点13で揺動可能な板に取
り付けられ、板は支点14で揺動可能なエアシリ
ンダー12(以下C−シリンダーという)と支点
15で連結されている。前記のようチユーブ2の
A端は空ドラム1のチユーブ取り出し孔5の位置
の内側まで誘導されるが、第2図に示すようにB
シリンダー7によつて開放された状態のチヤツク
8がAシリンダー6によつて右方向に移動し該チ
ユーブ取り出し孔5を通つてドラム1の内側まで
突出されている。誘導されたチユーブ2のA端を
開放されたチヤツク8を通しBシリンダー7を作
動させるとA端はチヤツク8にチヤツキングされ
る。チヤツク部10を開放してレバー9を元の位
置に戻す。次いでAシリンダー6を働かせてチヤ
ツク8をドラム1の側壁の外側に引き出し、次い
でCシリンダー12を働かせて前記揺動可能な板
を下方に動かすと、第3図に示すように、チユー
ブ2のA端は折れ曲がることなく直線的にドラム
1の外側に引き出され駆動板4の外周部に導かれ

以上に詳しく説明したように本発明の連続自動
巻取機によれば、チユーブ製造或いは処理装置か
らのプラスチツクのチユーブをチユーブが折れ曲
がることなく従つて後工程でチユーブのA端から
空気を挿入することができるようにしながら、完
全にドラムの切り替えを自動化することができる
もので、チユーブの連続自動巻取機として非常に
有効なものである。E.
