In FIG. 1, the communication system SYS is provided with two types of contacts t 1 and t 2 that operate when a fault occurs in a device constituting the system and generate an electrical signal representing the fault. Contact t 1 operates when a failure occurs that requires emergency treatment, such as when all functions of the communication system stop, and contact t 2 operates when, for example, a failure occurs in one of the duplex devices, but the communication service is not available in another device. It operates when a failure occurs that does not necessarily require emergency treatment, such as when the system is being maintained. No matter which contact t 1 or t 2 operates, an electrical signal representative of the occurring fault is input to the alarm device ALM. The alarm device ALM ignites the alarm lamp AL in response to the input fault signal, and also rings the electric bell AB to indicate the occurrence of a fault to the maintenance personnel of the device. When the maintenance person learns of the occurrence of a failure from the display on the alarm device ALM, he or she immediately starts diagnosing the communication system SYS. If the maintenance person is not stationed at the communication system SYS at night or on holidays, the display issued by the alarm device ALM is transmitted to someone other than the official maintenance person (for example, a security guard) who is present. The security staff who noticed the display on the alarm device ALM immediately notified the maintenance personnel and urged them to take action.

の不祥事が生ずる。 As is clear from the above explanation, according to the conventional alarm display method, once the alarm device ALM indicates the occurrence of a failure, the maintenance engineer immediately goes to the communication system SYS even when he is not stationed at night or on holidays. You will be prompted to diagnose each device. However, in reality, when low-urgency contact t2 is activated, there is no need to rush diagnosis and repair as described above.
Even if you take this action the next time you go to maintain the communication system SYS, it will not affect communication services. Such a distinction is not possible with the conventional alarm display system shown in FIG. As a countermeasure, it is possible to manually disconnect the signal connection from the low-urgency contact point t 2 to the alarm device ALM when a maintenance person is not present, but if the manual operation is incorrect, Even when the system is in use, scandals may occur, such as failure to be displayed when a failure occurs in a device within the system.

The purpose is to automatically switch off the display at night.

Signal t 2 indicating a failure of a device with low maintenance urgency among failures
The present invention is configured to automatically block inputs to the alarm device ALM by providing a gate means G that controls based on a predetermined schedule CAL and timetable TM stored in a memory in advance and blocks input to the alarm device ALM. achieved by.

業が行われる。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an automatic time control system for alarms according to an embodiment of the present invention. In Figure 2,
Contact point t 1 in the communication system SYS that emits a highly urgent fault signal is a direct alarm device as in Figure 1.
Connected to ALM. Therefore, when contact t1 indicating the occurrence of a highly urgent fault is activated, the occurrence of the fault is indicated by lighting the alarm lamp AL and ringing the bell AB, regardless of whether a maintenance person is present.
On the other hand, the contact point t2 , which emits a less urgent fault signal, is connected to the alarm device ALM via the newly installed automatic time control device ATC. The automatic time control device ATC has a schedule control unit CAL, a timetable control unit TM, and a gate G, and stores the predetermined schedule and timetable of a maintenance worker in advance in a memory. Alternatively, when the maintenance person is absent, such as at night, a blocking signal is given to the AND gate G from the schedule control unit CAL and the timetable control unit TM. The gate G to which the blocking signal is applied becomes blocked, and the fault signal generated by the operation of the contact t2 in the communication system SYS is blocked from being input to the alarm device ALM. Therefore, even if a non-urgent failure occurs while the maintenance person is absent, the alarm device ALM does not display the alarm, and it is also possible for the security personnel etc. to avoid urging the maintenance person to come out. Automatic time control device when maintenance personnel are present
Schedule control unit CAL and timetable control unit within ATC
The blocking signal sent from TM to gate G is removed and gate G becomes conductive. Therefore, a signal representing a low-urgency failure generated by the operation of the low-urgency contact point t2 in the communication system SYS is also input to the alarm device ALM, and the occurrence of the failure is displayed to the maintenance person, who then performs maintenance work.

The presence or absence of input is automatically controlled.

もない。 Note that FIG. 2 is only one embodiment of the present invention, and for example, the automatic time control device ATC does not need to be installed independently of the communication system SYS and the alarm device ALM, and can be installed separately from the communication system SYS or the alarm device ALM.
Even if an equivalent function is provided within ALM, the effects of the present invention will not change. Furthermore, the schedule control unit CAL or timetable control unit TM in the automatic time control device ATC is not limited to being provided exclusively for the communication system SYS.
It is also considered to use an existing calendar CAL or clock device TM, but the effects of the present invention do not change in such a case. Furthermore, it goes without saying that systems that issue fault signals are not limited to communication systems.

It is possible to avoid dispatching maintenance personnel in a hurry unless there is a highly urgent failure.
