It has been known.

が得られなかつた。 If the core material is a single wire, a round wire may be used, but if the core material is a bundled wire, the wires tend to roll, collapse in clusters, and twist, which may disrupt the alignment of the wires and damage the coating. There is a possibility that the shape may become irregular in the length direction. As a result, uneven gaps and play occur between the round wire rods, resulting in poor adhesion of the coating,
In addition, unevenness may be formed on the surface of the coated brush material, which may cause the fiber coating to break. Furthermore, because the outer shape of the core material is circular, sufficient effects cannot be obtained, especially in heavy grinding.

るものである。 Accordingly, the present invention provides a coated brush material having a wire assembly as a core material, in which a wire rod having a substantially rectangular cross section is used as the core material, and the wire rods are assembled so that the rectangular sides are in parallel contact with each other to form the entire core material. By arranging the outer shape so that it is rectangular in cross-sectional view and applying the coating, misalignment of the wire assembly serving as the core material, play between the wires due to this, poor adhesion of the fiber coating, and defective shape can be avoided. To provide a coated brush material that effectively solves these problems, allows each wire assembly to work soundly as a core material for polishing, and allows the coating to properly exhibit the focusing and cleaning effects of the wire assembly. It is something to do.

The outer shape of the core material in the wire assembly is approximately rectangular in cross-sectional view. Preferably, the outer shape of the wire rod 2 is approximately square in cross-sectional view so that each rectangular side can be assembled under the same conditions.

We can provide the best brush materials. Further, the wide brush material required in the market can be freely formed by increasing the number of rectangular wires arranged in a row.

The density can be increased significantly. In addition to the improvement in planting density, each rectangular side of each wire assembly serving as the core material exhibits a good grinding effect, and a brush material particularly excellent in heavy grinding effect can be provided.

In addition, the fiber coating can be made healthy and its wiping effect can be properly exerted.
