First, the explosive part instantly destroys the covering paper at the time of detonation, so the explosive energy is instantaneously dissipated.
Therefore, in order to obtain a loud sound, it is necessary to increase the amount of explosives in the explosion part, which not only increases the danger in handling but also increases the cost.

In this example, a large number of explosive parts 20 are arranged in parallel on a mount 10, and each explosive part 20 is sealed with an outer shell layer 30. This outer shell layer 30 is covered with an elastic outer coating 40 bonded thereto.
The mount 10 is made of a flexible sheet-like material such as synthetic resin film or paper, and perforations 11 are formed so that the explosion parts 20 on the mount can be individually cut out.

After forming the explosive part 20 by adding gunpowder to the shell, the explosive part 20 may be coated with gypsum mud to form a shell part 32, or as shown in FIG. It is also possible to form a large number of circular base surfaces 31 individually on the mount 10, arrange the explosive portions 20 thereon, and then cover each base surface 31 with the shell portion 32.

In addition to increasing the explosion pressure resistance during ignition and producing a large explosion sound with a small amount of gunpowder, the elastic outer coating 40 prevents the outer shell layer 30 from becoming powdered and scattering during an explosion. Furthermore, since the explosive part 20 is always covered with the hard outer shell layer 30, it is possible to prevent the danger of the explosive part 20 igniting due to a small impact from the outside. There is also this effect.
