(1) 技術分野
本発明は、建屋の床及び壁等に埋設される埋設

筋7を配管2上に格子状に並べ、配筋作業を完了
する。しかる後にコンクリートを打ち、床が完成

とした場合、正確な埋設された配管2の位置が掌
握されていない事から、誤つて埋設された配管2
を損傷する事も多分にある。このような事故時、
設備の運転停止を行つて、復旧工事を行う事もあ
る。更に、正確に埋設された配管2の位置を掌握
する為には、X線による建屋撮影等、大がかりな
検査方法をとらざるを得なく、多大の時間と費用
を必要としていた。ところで、埋設された配管の
位置や埋設深さを表示する技術として、特公昭49
−8057号公報、及び実公昭50−28004号公報に示
されるような技術がある。しかしながら、これら
の技術は建屋の壁、床等のコンクリートに埋設さ
れる配管に対しては、位置表示手段をコンクリー
ト埋設面上に面一に設置することができず不適当

配管2の移動にも対応出来、しかも恒久的に埋設
された配管2の位置を示す手段を得る事を目的と

し、ボルト部材8の頂部に棒9を溶接し埋設面上
に露出させ、この棒9の端部埋設面と面一に表示

先ず、型枠1を組み立てて、床に埋設する配管
2の据付位置を墨出しを行う。続いて鉄筋3を縦
横方向に定間隔で格子状に配筋する。一方、加工
工場においては、床に埋設する配管2を製作し、
配管支持架台5上に、埋設される配管2をのせた
後第2図、第3図に示す、本発明による棒付きボ
ルト部材13を配管2上部から取付け、配管支持
架台5に予め穴明けした2ケ所の穴に差込みナツ
ト12を締め一定間隔に仮固定する。該棒付きボ
ルト部材13を取りつけた配管2を、鉄筋3と干
渉しないように位置の調整を行い、型枠1上に墨
出しした線に合わせて据付し、支持架台5を型枠
1上に釘で固着されると共に、ナツト12を締め

を挿入し表示プレート上面16と、コンクリート
表面が一致するように押込む。次に表示プレート
上面16に棒9に刻印した目盛10から深さ寸法
を読み取り、荷札17に該寸法を記入し、棒9に
縛りつけておく。コンクリートの養生が終わり固
化したならば、荷札に記入した深さ寸法を表示プ
レート14に刻印する。表示プレート上面16か
ら突出した部分の棒9は切断し表示プレート上面

(7) 発明の作用・効果
以上の説明のように、本発明による埋設配管を
用いることにより、建設作業中の位置表示プレー
トのずれにもかかわらず、恒久的に埋設された配
管2の据付位置、深さが正確に表示出来る。また
新技術採用による追加、改造工事に伴う躯体穴明
け作業から埋設された配管2の損傷を回避出来、
損傷に伴う設備停止等が皆無となり稼動率が向上
する事は容易に理解出来る。さらに、本発明にお
いては、表示プレートが埋設面上にほぼ面一に設
置されるので埋設面より上部に突出した棒を切断
した後は埋設面に突出部がなく、作業員がつまず
いて転倒するという危険を防止できる。また切断
箇所は単に棒であるので、比較的容易に切断でき
