なる傾向があり、更に印字体を直線数珠形状に構
成するものもその製作にモールデイング方式を必
須とするのみならず両端の相互係止工程も必要と
してコストが一層割高となるなどの問題点があつ
た。

より製したインキ吸蔵板10を積層して平板状の
印字集合板11を構成し、この印字集合板11を
印字8の列と列の間に於て切断して一列の印字8
群を有する角型紐状印体12に細分化し、更に当
該紐状印体12に於て上記の印体嵌着室4への嵌
合時には外周側となる一方側辺の印字8同士の間
の個所に、長手方向に直交して他方側辺の一部に
非切断部13を残す深い切込14を設けると共に
この非切断部13で連結された数珠つなぎの態様
を呈する数珠状印体15の一こまずつを上記の印
体嵌着室4に、同じく非切断部13を凹溝部2内
方周壁と区画用突壁3の先端との間に押入するこ
とによつて当該数珠状印体15を凹溝部2に自身
(スポンジ製)が享有する弾性により抜落不能お
よび交換可能に嵌着した文字盤18を構成し、こ
の文字盤18を丸形状の下皿16に手指の滑止も
兼ねる位帯決め用凹欠6の嵌設面が外出の状態と
なる態様として且つ軸孔5が下皿16の中心上面
に突設した短いパイプ状の軸管17に回転自在の
嵌合状態として嵌着すると共に円盤1の上側に同
円盤1の抜止盤19を配し、この抜止盤19の下
面に上下両面開放の短管20を一体に設けて当該
短管20を上記の軸管17に抜挿自在に臨入せし
め、これ等短管20、軸管17に抜止盤19を90
度ねじた場合に係止し、またねじり戻した場合に
外れる係合突起21および係合突条22を設け、
更に上記の下皿16の先方縁に先方、上方および
下方に張り出した一対の支壁23,23′を一体

印字用ハンドル39を装入し、当該印字用ハンド

平部30の先端に軸杆41を以て回転自在に軸承
して同印字用ハンドル39の水平部分40を上下
方向に同じく垂直部分40′を前後方向に揺振す
るようにし、この垂直部分40′はケース29の
垂直部38の前壁に開設した通孔42を介して外
に出た状態とすると共に当該印字用ハンドル39
に於ける水平部分40の先端寄り個所上に同先端

ーンバネ43により復動して貫出孔33より上方
に出没するプランジヤ44を載架し、このプラン
ジヤ44の中間の高さ個所に設けた段部と貫出孔

び印字用ハンドル39のリターンバネ43を捲装
し、更にケース29の水平部30内に於て貫出孔
36の下方個所に印字ハンドル39の一回の握り
絞り操作によつてマガジン35よりテープイを上
記のプランジヤ44の頂面上に一文字分ずつ送り
出す爪車45の回転用爪体47を軸ピン48によ
り支承し更に同回転用爪体47に引張り用バネ4
9を係装すると共にケース29の上方に上記の下
皿16を配し、この下皿16に設けた一対の支壁
23,23′の間にケース29の水平部30の先
端部分を挟入して当該先端部分と支壁23,2

く復動により下方に夫々擺動して印字操作の邪魔
になる印字のマスク55を一体に延設すると共に
上記の抜止盤19の上面に長方形の凹所57を形
成し、この凹所57内に板状槓杆58を装入して
其の基端を同凹所57の先端部に穿設した引掛孔
59に係止せしめ、当該板状槓杆58の基端寄り
個所の下面に凹所57の底面に立脚して同板状槓
杆58を水平状態に維持する支点脚60を、同じ
く遊端寄り個所の下面に押下ピン61を夫々一体
に設け、この押下ピン61を上記の短管20の中
に臨入せしめて当該押下ピン61の下端は板状槓
杆58の遊端を同板状槓杆58が享有する弾性に
抗して押圧した時に上記の挺動板53の他端を押
下したピンチローラー51を非挾着作用状態とす
るようにし、更に上記の支壁23,23′に於け

The fitting chamber is formed in an annular bead arrangement, and each stamp body is inserted into the stamp body fitting chamber, and the uncut portion of the stamp body is press-fitted between the inner circumferential wall of the concave groove and the tip of the partitioning wall. Once the stamp body is attached, the installation to the disc is completed, so the fitting of the stamp body to the disc is more efficient compared to the above-mentioned method in which individual stamp bodies are picked one by one and fitted into the groove. Unlike the above-mentioned known method, which not only has a ring-like shape and simply fits into a groove, the method of the present invention has a cutting section on the stamp body.
By joining this cut part with a partitioning protrusion provided in the groove of the disc, the joint pressure of the same part can be applied to further securely hold the stamp body in the groove. These have the effect of fully achieving the stated purpose.

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 下面に円形の凹溝を、また同凹溝の外方周壁
の内面に求心方向に向いた区画用突壁を夫々設け
て多数個の印体嵌着室を環状の連珠配置に形成し
た円盤と、下面に多数の印字を一例に突設し且つ
各印字間に内方側辺に僅かな非切断部を残して深
い切込を設けた連続気泡スポンジ製の角型紐状印
体とより構成され、この印体の一こまずつを上記
の印体嵌着室に、同じく非切断部を凹溝部の内方
周壁と区画用突壁の先端との間に夫夫押入嵌着し
たことを特徴とする手動式テープ印字器に於ける
