This is a semi-solid (the term "flow mass" in the "claims" of this specification is used to mean a highly plastic solid, a semi-solid, or a highly viscous liquid. In other words, margarine, etc.) Butter, etc. However, the target is not limited to these, and any material that has similar physical properties to be processed may be used. The same applies hereinafter). blade b
were attached radially to the rotary body c, and placed in the middle of the transport path of the workpiece a to cut and mold the workpiece a into small rectangular parallelepiped pieces.

If we try to reduce even a little, it is necessary to reduce the (blade b) of the rotating body c to which the radial blade b is attached.
The diameter had to be increased, which required a large space, and the equipment had to be made larger.

の提供を図るものである。<Means for Solving the Problems> Therefore, the present invention involves passing a flow block of a workpiece such as margarine through a combing blade near a nozzle to make an appropriate number of vertical cuts along the flow. After making the vertical cuts, a plurality of blades that cross the flow of the flow mass are simultaneously swung down onto the flow mass at appropriate intervals using an appropriate automatic means to make an appropriate number of transverse cuts that intersect with the above-mentioned cuts. Therefore, a method for processing margarine, etc., characterized by carving a cut-out part as a unit molded product of a predetermined shape, a nozzle for discharging a flow of a workpiece such as margarine, and a nozzle for discharging a stream of a workpiece such as margarine, a transfer means for placing and transferring the flow mass; an appropriate number of combing blades that are provided near the nozzle and are capable of carving an appropriate number of vertical cuts along the flow in the flow mass; The device has a plurality of automatic lowering blades that can cut an appropriate number of transverse cuts into the flow mass that intersect with the vertical cuts by being provided at appropriate positions on the means, and cut the flow mass into a predetermined shape. It is an object of the present invention to provide a processing device for processing margarine, etc., which is characterized in that it is possible to carve a cut-out part for later breaking into a unit molded product.

ある。 This cross-cutting blade 5 is positioned so as to cross the transport direction of the workpiece 3, and by being swung down onto the workpiece 3 being transported, a plurality of the vertical cuts 3 are created at once. A transverse cut 3'' is carved that intersects with '.This is done by simultaneously swinging down a plurality of transverse cut cutting blades 5 into the flow (the most reliable configuration for realizing this is , a plurality of cross-cutting blades 5 are fixed to the same swinging part). Then, the cutting blade 6 completely cuts out the material at predetermined intervals. This cutting blade 6
It is more effective if it is configured to be linked with appropriate cutting position detection using a counter or sensor.

It is a principle diagram when at least one of the cross-cutting blades 5 reaches the bottom of the workpiece 3. This is because one of the cross-cutting blades 5 is configured to be longer than the other blades, and it is swung down with the same stroke as the other cross-cutting blades 5. (by fixing it to the same holding part 7), it is possible to make the transverse cut 3'' and cut the predetermined block at the same time.

The guide groove 9' of the arm 9 is engaged with the guide groove 9'. The arm 9, that is, the guide groove 9' is angled (slanted) with respect to the vertical direction.
When the actuator 8 applies a pull to lower the holding part 7 to the workpiece 3, it descends diagonally X along the guide groove 9' (while moving in the advancing direction of the workpiece 3).

That is, an actuator 8' that lowers the holding part 7 disposed on the conveyor 12 in the downward direction with a pulling pressure is directly fixed to the holding part 7. In this case, it traverses the conveyor 12 and stops in synchronization with the descent of the scoring blade 5.
