(Prior Art) Conventionally, for example, as a means of transporting steel slag generated in a steelworks to a collection and processing plant, the pot body is generally loaded onto a dump truck using a crane or the like, and at the collection site, the pot body is overturned along with the dump truck's cargo box. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes a lot of effort to secure the pot body to the packing box.
For this reason, in recent years, special steel slag transport vehicles have been used to transport the steel slag. The steel slag carrier has arms rotatably supported on both rear sides of the chassis, lifts a pot body loaded with steel slag with the arms, and lifts the pot body by rotating the arms back and forth. The steel slag is loaded and unloaded onto the vehicle platform, and the arm is rotated while the arm and the pot body are engaged with each other, and the pot body is reversed to carry out the steel slag.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, depending on the steelworks, it is not always possible to obtain a pot body that is compatible with the above-mentioned arm due to work convenience or other reasons. In addition, in order to match the above-mentioned left-right spacing of the arms, the pins may have to be long depending on the width of the pot body, and there is a risk that the pins may break, and this may impede normal steelmaking work. be. Furthermore, if a pot body is manufactured that matches the left-right spacing of the arms, there are problems such as excessive weight.

Furthermore, as seen in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 53-69319, a base on which loaded cargo such as a container is placed can be freely loaded and unloaded onto the vehicle body using a cargo handling arm provided on the vehicle body. However, since the cargo placed on the base is loaded and unloaded in an inclined state together with this base, it is placed integrally on the base, and this Therefore, one base is always required for one loaded cargo, resulting in a large-scale configuration and poor versatility. Furthermore, the loaded cargo cannot be discharged from the vehicle body.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and includes a container framework on which a container for storing a load is removably placed, and a loading/unloading means provided on a cargo handling vehicle loads the container together with the container framework onto the vehicle platform. The purpose of this system is to improve the versatility of containers that are loaded and unloaded, discharge the contents of the containers from the vehicle platform, and transport them, and are placed on cargo handling vehicles via the container framework. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) A cargo loading and unloading device for a cargo handling vehicle according to the present invention includes a container that accommodates a cargo, a container framework on which the container is placed, and a container frame provided on the vehicle platform for loading and unloading the container framework. The loading and unloading means is pivotally supported on both sides of the rear end of the vehicle chassis so as to be swingable in the front and rear direction, and is engaged with a support shaft protruding from the side surface of the container frame. The container frame includes a pair of arms each having a recess for engagement, and the container frame has a cutout hole into which a lashing hanger protruding from the side surface of the container is inserted, so that the container framework does not fall off when the container framework is tilted. The container and the container frame can be freely attached and detached, and the arm is provided with a recess into which a locking pin is inserted, and the locking pin is engaged with the recess. It is configured to selectively restrict the free rotation of the supported container framework by releasing the container frame.

(Operation) A container containing a load is placed on the container framework, and the container framework is unloaded onto the vehicle platform by the loading means, thereby unloading the container onto the vehicle platform. Therefore, the container is
As long as it can be placed on the container framework, containers can be loaded and unloaded regardless of their shape, size, etc. In addition, by fitting the locking pin into the recess to prevent free rotation of the container framework supported by the arm, the container framework is tilted by the rotation of the arm, and accordingly, the container framework is not placed on the container framework. The loaded container is also tilted and the contents inside the container are discharged. During this ejection, a lashing hanger is fitted and supported in a notch in the container framework so that the container does not fall off from the container framework.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the cargo loading and unloading device for a cargo handling vehicle of the present invention, a container for storing a cargo is placed on the container framework, and the container is moved to the container framework by the loading and unloading means. At the same time, the container can be loaded and unloaded onto the vehicle platform, and the loaded items in the container can be discharged from the vehicle platform. Moreover, the container does not need to have a special structure to adapt to the above-mentioned loading/unloading means, and can be used with the conventional structure or with some modification, so it is economical, and the notch hole in the container framework can be used. By setting in advance the size of the lashing hanger that protrudes from the container so that it can be fitted into the container, containers of any shape can be placed thereon, and versatility can be improved.
