り前記流体通過用窓3の開口面積を変化させ流量
制御が行われる。10は前記弁プラザ6の上下を
連通する貫通孔で、弁プラグ6上部に穿設されて
おり、これによつて上下両側に生じる圧力差を小
さくし、前記弁軸7を介して隔絶された位置に配
設される駆動部(図示せず)にかかる負荷を減少
させている。11は前記ケージ1内側に開口する
環状溝で、ケージ1の内周面における前記上側の
弁座4と窓3間に設けられており、ケージ1の内
周面に弁プラグ6の外周面間に侵入する流体が圧
力降下して上部に浸透しないように構成されてい
る。これによりケージ1内における弁プラグ6の
振動を防止している。
