The bottom of the dehydration tank 2 is provided with a hole 6 for attaching a bellows (not shown) that supports the shaft of the dehydration basket (not shown), and the upper part is provided with a hole 6 for attaching a panel base and an inner lid (not shown). Shelves 7, 7' are provided.

When these stoppers 8, 8' are stacked, the flat portions of the stoppers 8, 8' engage with the shelves 7, 7' to ensure stability during stacking.

Since the stoppers 8 and 8' are undercuts, the mold cannot normally be removed, but by first removing the core mold and making the inside of the tank hollow, and then removing the cavity mold in a state that makes it easy to deform, the stoppers can be removed. 8 and 8' were deformed as shown by the dashed lines in FIG. 3 so that they could be molded.

The joint between the washing tank 1 and the dehydration tank 2 is the partition plate 9.
The bottom side has a groove 1 into which the partition plate 9 is inserted when stacking.
0, and the depth of this groove 10 is the same as that of the partition plate 9 when stacking.
It is deep enough so that the top edge of the hole does not touch it.

上部にW槽フランジ11が一体に設けてある。 A W tank flange 11 is integrally provided on the upper part.

In the figure, a vertical stopper during stacking is provided by a partition plate 9', and to prevent it from falling down, the W tank flange 11' is held down by wooden frames 12 from both sides, and the wooden frames are tied and fixed with strings or the like.

In the above configuration, after the W tanks 3 are formed, by stacking them one after another, the inner and outer walls of the upper and lower W tanks 3 are engaged, and the stoppers 8, 8'

Furthermore, since no excessive force is applied when stacking, the W tank flange 11 does not become deformed or loosened, and the number of defects is reduced.

Cover the W tank flange 11' with a cloth to prevent scratches,
Next, place the stacked W tanks 3 on the fallen wooden frame 12,

In addition, since the stopper in the height direction was performed by the partition plate 9' when stacking, the upper end of the partition plate 9' was sometimes deformed, resulting in assembly failure.

As described above, according to the present invention, the following actions and effects can be expected.

(1) When multiple two-tank bodies are stacked, the outer surface of the side wall of the upper two-tank body is joined to the inner side wall of the lower two-tank body, and the stacking stopper of the upper two-tank body is connected to the inner surface of the side wall of the lower two-tank body. Since it abuts against the shelf of the tank bodies, a large number of two-tank bodies can be stacked in a stable state without using conventional stacking tools such as wooden frames and strings.

(2) 複数の二槽体を積み重ねた際に、下側の二槽

(2) When a plurality of two-tank bodies are stacked, the upper end of the partition plate of the lower two-tank body does not come into contact with the upper part of the groove of the upper two-tank body, so the partition plate will not be deformed or damaged.

(3) The stopper is formed as an undercut on the outer surface of the side wall of the dehydration tank, but by removing the mold inside the dehydration tank and then removing the outside mold, the outer wall itself can be removed. Since it bends inward, the mold can be removed. In other words, even though an undercut stopper is provided, a two-tub body can be formed without using a complicated mold such as a slide core.

(4) ストツパーは脱水槽の側壁外面で、かつ溝に

(4) Since the stopper is partially installed on the outer surface of the side wall of the dehydration tank at a position facing the groove, there is almost no increase in material and no strings are formed on the inner surface of the dehydration tank due to the synthetic resin molding.
