る。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a method for forming a container for an assembled battery, which comprises welding a synthetic resin lid body that covers the top opening of the container body to a synthetic resin container body for storing an assembled battery. , a rib whose tip abuts against the assembled battery is integrally provided on the back surface of the lid, and when the lid is welded to the container body, the tip of the rib that comes into contact with the assembled battery is simultaneously melted to fix the assembled battery. It is characterized by this.

る。 Further, in the present invention, the container main body and the lid body are made of synthetic resin in particular because when the ribs are pressed against the assembled battery surface and heat is applied, the tips of the ribs melt and the assembled battery can be easily fixed. This is because it is possible.

Even if a tube or the like is present, the ribs can break it and make contact with the metal surface of the assembled battery.

to store. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, ribs 4, 4 for welding the container body and ribs 5 for welding the assembled battery are formed on the inner surface.
A lid 3 made of polypropylene is prepared, and as shown in FIG. 3, the ribs 4 and 5 are melted and the lid 3 is placed on the container body 1 by applying ultrasonic waves while covering the lid 3 on the container body 1 as shown in FIG. At the same time as the battery pack welding ribs 5, 5 are welded to the surfaces of the battery packs 2, 2, the battery packs can be fixed.
