線の上方に設けられており、所定位置にカセツト
着脱式の印刷版7を取り付けた上ドラム6を回転
させると共に上ドラム6の下部に設けた押圧ロー
ラー8との間に用紙2を通過させて用紙表面に印
刷を施す様になつている。更に上ドラム6の前方
には用紙裏面を印刷する為の下ドラム9が用紙の
移送線の下方に設けられ、該下ドラム9にも前記
上ドラム6と同様に所定位置に印刷版10が取り
付けられていると共に下ドラム9の上部には押圧
ローラー11が設けられている。また前記上下ド
ラム6,9にはインクローラー12,12が夫々

板15と噛合状態を保持したまま、若干軸方向へ
摺動可能に構成され、また回転歯車22はモータ
ー3からの駆動力が伝達されるものであるが、ド
ラム軸20に対しては回転自在に取り付けられて

以上の如く構成された押印機の動作について説
明すると給紙部1に積層された印刷用紙2は始動

が回転すると上ドラム軸20の他端に取り付けら
れた切欠き円板27も同時に回転し、上ドラム6
が角度θ゜だけ回転した時切欠き26が切欠き検出
センサー28によつて検出され、この検出信号が
制御部30に伝達される。この信号を受けた制御
部30は下ドラム9の回転を制御しているクラツ
チ13のマグネツト25を動作させた上ドラム6
と同様なクラツチ動作によつて下ドラム9を1回
転させ、用紙2の裏面の所定位置に所定の印刷を
施す。これによつて印刷用紙2は表裏両面に印刷

<発明の効果>
本発明に係る印刷装置は上述の如く給紙部から
排紙部の間に上ドラム及び下ドラムを夫々設け、
これ等のドラムを制御部からの信号によつて回転
させる如く構成した為に給紙から排紙に至る1工
程の間に印刷用紙の表裏両面に印刷を施すことが
出来、かつ従来の如く触子を使用せずに、2種類
の検出センサーによつて印刷用紙或いは上ドラム
の回転を検出して上下両方のドラムを別々に制御
するので、誤差がなく正確な制御が可能であり、
特に上ドラムのドラム軸に取り付けられた円板の
切欠きを検出センサーで検出して下ドラムを回転
制御するようにしたので、全体の構成が単純で下
ドラムを上ドラムに正確に同期させながら回転さ
せることが出来、かつ円板の位置をずらすことに
よつて下ドラムの回転のタイミングを簡単かつ正
確に変えることが出来、これによつて印刷用紙の
表裏両面に精度の良い印刷を施すことが出来、更
に上下の各ドラムには夫々クラツチが設けられて
個々に制御されるので、各ドラムを独立して正確
に回転して印刷用紙の表裏両面に精度の良い印刷
を施すことが出来、また縦方向の印刷位置の調節
は制御部のドラム回転開始時間を調節することに
より調節出来、横方向の印刷位置は上下ドラムを
左右にスライドさせるだけで簡単かつ自在に調節
出来るので、手形、小切手、伝票等の日付印、内
容表示或いは宛名署名印等の表裏面の印刷を短時
間で極めて有効になし得る等の特徴を有するもの

Claims (1)

上下に沿つて配設し、かつ給紙部と上ドラムとの
間に用紙先端検出センサーを設け、該上ドラムの
ドラム軸に所定位置に切欠きを有する切欠き円板
を取り付けると共にこの切欠き円板の周りに切欠
き検出センサーを配設し、更に上記用紙先端検出
センサーと切欠き検出センサーとの検出信号によ
り上記上ドラムと下ドラムとの回転を夫々別々に
制御し得る制御部を設けて構成したことを特徴と
した押印機に於ける両面印刷装置。1.
