としている。また、第2項の発明の要脂は、誘電
体同軸共振器における結合棒の固定方法におい
て、上記結合棒として、略長方形金属平板の長手
方向中途に幅方向に突出したストツパ部分を有す
るとともにストツパ部分をはさんで、長手方向の
一方側に外部接続用部分を有し、他方側は周辺を
残してくりぬかれ、この周辺の一部は被挿入物の
孔径より若干大きくなるようアーチ状に形成され
て弾性をもたせた固定・接続部分を有する結合棒
を準備し、上記固定・接続部分にあらかじめはん
だメツキあるいはペースト状はんだを付着させた
後、誘電体の貫通孔内に挿入し、加熱して該貫通
孔内に設けた内導体と結合棒とをはんだづけする

方向に突出したストツパ部分を有するとともに、
該ストツパ部分をはさんで長手方向の一方側に外
部接続用部分を、他方側に固定・接続部分を有し
ており、上記固定・接続部分は、上記金属平板の
他方側の周辺を残してくりぬくとともに、該周辺
の一部を上記誘電体の貫通孔の径より若干大きく
なるようアーチ状に形成してなり、該アーチ状部
分は弾撥力を保有した状態で上記誘電体の貫通孔
内に位置して上記内導体膜に圧接していることを

予めはんだメツキあるいはペースト状はんだを付
着させた後、上記誘電体の貫通孔内に挿入し、加
熱して該貫通孔の内導体膜と上記結合棒とをはん
だつけすることを特徴とする誘電体同軸共振器に
