本発明は内外筒付ゴムブツシユの外筒に絞り加
工を施す場合などに使用して好適な金属筒体絞り

的に結合されているのであるが、ゴムと金属の熱
膨張率は著しく異るため、加硫後の温度低下によ
りゴム製の本体1と金属製の内、外筒2,3の間
に引張応力を生じ、ゴムブツシユ4の寿命等に悪
影響を及ぼす。このため斯かるゴムブツシユ4に
おいては第2図に示したように外筒3を縮径して
ゴム製の本体1を圧縮することにより引張応力を

ス棒で押圧して絞りダイス5の小径部5b側に押
し込むと、前記プレス棒の先端部周面に配置した
押圧子がゴム等の弾性部材に抗してプレス棒の周
面側に押し付けられ縮径しながら小径部5bを通
過してゴムブツシユ4の外筒3の絞りを行うよう
