本発明は高炉ガス遮断用水封弁ならびにベンチ

従来の高炉ガス遮断時における高炉ガス遮断用
水封弁は、一般に高炉周りの設備が第1図に示す
ように高炉1除塵器2ベンチユリスクラバー(以
下VSという)3,3′と続きセプタム弁4が2VS
3′後にあるため、サイレンサー5下流に高架タ
ンク付の高炉ガス遮断用水封弁6が設置されて、
ガス遮断時は高架タンクの水を落してガス遮断を

端まで開孔の筒体デイフユーザー7が挿入固定さ
れており、VS本体上部には清浄されたガス出口
管8と、炉頂装入装置の上下ベルの均圧用として
均圧時に送り込む一次均圧用清浄ガス管9が配設
されている。一方VS本体下部にはガス遮断時第
3図の状態を保持するために、補給水管10、補
給水弁11が配置されている。尚12はスラツジ
排出弁である。13は通常排水管で、緊急遮断弁
14と水位制御弁15が直列に配設される。又1
6は非常排出管で非常排出弁17と水封用遮断弁
18が直列に配設される、19はオーバーフロー
管で前記非常排水弁17と水封用遮断弁18の中

態で高炉からのガスG1はVS本体Bに入り清浄さ
れ、清浄ガス出口管8より送り出されると同時
に、上下ベル均圧時には一次均圧清浄ガス管9か

ス逆流防止には適するが、エネセン側、即ちガス
の下流側からガス圧700〜800mmAqに対しては有
効水位500mmしかないのと同時に第3図矢印の如
く一次均圧用清浄ガス管9と清浄ガス出口管8が
連絡されているのでエネセン側即ちガスの下流側
より炉頂上下ベル間にガスが押されているのでガ
ス遮断が出来ず高炉ガス切り時のガス遮断は不可

清浄を行い休風時には、ガス遮断を可能としたガ
ス抜き時間の短縮をはかり後工程の休風作業時間
の有効活用により、ムダ時間の解消、休風時間の
短縮、蒸気量のカツト、N2量の大幅な削減をは

以上となるように設けるか、又同じ目的における
他の手段としてオーバーフロー管19′の高さは
従来の逆流防止用の機能を果す程度のまゝとして
おいて、これにデイフユーザー内水封用水位制御
弁21を設けることによつて水封高さh2が1m以
上になるように水位制御を行う機構を有すること

有する水封部24を具備したL字型の一端がVS
本体内B上方空間部に開孔口23を向けた、L字
型一次均圧用清浄ガス管25を設けたことにより
水封が出来炉頂と2VS間が遮断されることでNo.
1VSで通常のガス切り時のガス遮断が可能とな
る。尚水封部24の高さレベルはデイフユーザー
7の下端より低い位置にあり、かつ導入管22は
通常操業時水位l1レベル以下に位置する。而して
その機能は高炉操業時VSとしての機能を持たせ
るためには、まず第4図に示す如く、水位l1はデ
イフユーザー7の下端部ならびにL字型一次均圧
用清浄ガス管25との空間部を十分持たせるよう
に非常排水弁17を閉、緊急遮断弁14を開の状
態で水位制御弁15により保持する。又高炉ガス
切り時のガス遮断機能として作動させるために
は、第5図に示す如くオーバーフロー管19′ま
たはデイフユーザー内水封用水位制御弁21等の
水位制御機構を用いてデイフユーザー7内の水封
高さh2を1m以上とする、この場合清浄ガス出口
管からのガス即ちエネセン側のガス圧が高いため
VS本体Bの水位l2とデイフユーザー7内の水位l3
は当然異る。従つて水位l2は第3図の場合と同様
デイフユーザー下端より500mmのレベルに保持す

以上のように本発明の二つの機能を兼用し得る
